It wasn't just that penalty kick, it's about every other penalty kick EVER taken. The keeper is almost always off the line early. The World Cup is not the time to start making sweeping changes in how PK's are called.

It also seemed like it was called awfully late. That is another thing that really pisses me off. It's like the Brazilian players got in her ear and than the official just caved in. I don't know i got to see replay again. Fuming over this $hit.

So you just happened to miss the blatant handball by the US that wasn't called? Either way Brazil deserves to lose. US dictate the pace and controlled the game down 1 man for more than 60 minutes. Brazil up a goal kept trying to attack instead of slowing pace and controlling the pitch. It was awful ball and it shows Brazil is still not physically and mentally strong to win championships

To boot Brazil made no tactical substitution to get fresh legs on the pitch for defensive purposes...just terrible

Worst thing is...she has a glitch in her step. On all 3 goals she takes a false step off the line. The refs can call it everytime on her
