I encountered something that is not fully clear to me in the survivor rules.
"Limit one username per person, per email address, and per IP address. If Sponsor detects usernames in excess of these limits (for example, an individual has more than one username or multiple IP addresses are linked to the same username)"
I have one user obviously from one email. However, I keep switching between two physical places (two IP addresses). If I look at the one username per IP thing, it's fine, the IP is only linked to one user. But in the bracket there is that 'multiple IP addresses are linked to the same username' which is not looking like one user IP example, rather one IP per user.
My question would be if I'm disqualified from possibly winning due to not living and logging in at the same place.

Sorry to inform you but we can't knowingly send non-cash prizes to someone that's not yourself. As you cash prizes we send all cash prizes through a third party payment platform called Skrill which is available in Romania, so you are eligible to receive those!

Thanks for bringing this up! The multiple IP addresses line means if we find multiple accounts using the same IP address that is cause for concern and we will undergo an investigation. So, you're safe if you use one account but log on under different IP addresses. We'll look to change the verbiage here to make it less confusing.

I won a hat and shirt in the college football contest. Contest ended Monday night and here it is Thursday morning and I have an e-mail from Colin to confirm win with my address and shirt size. These guys are right on the ball. Just make sure your email address is up to date and that mail from Covers doesnt end up in yer spam folder or anywhere else fer that matter. I have a couple questions regarding rules:
1. If you claim a prize (let's say a hat or hoodie) do you go back to 0 for your streak, or does the streak continue?
2. Is there anyway to check if I have multiple ID's to an email address? I originally tried to login because I thought I had a username already (that I used years ago) but it said nothing was registered to the email I use. I wanted to be within the rules parameters. Thanks for your help!

I would strongly suggest trying to go on and not stopping. Please review the prize rules as follows.
STREAK OF 21
All eligible entrants to accumulate a win streak of 21 games will be awarded $25,000 USD. This prize payout cannot be finalized until entrant’s streak is finished; if winner continues win streak through to 25 win level, they will receive the $100,000 prize instead.;
In other words you will receive the $25,000 USD regardless of future results if you are fortunate enough to reach 21. However if you go on to the 25 win level one would collect the $100,000 USD instead of the $25,000 USD.
My streak of 17 was June 9th. They received all my information June 10th and confirmed it was good. The $1k Payment has still not arrived. I have private messaged, emailed support, replied to the original email. They have simply stopped replying to my contact. Im extremely disappointed as it took me 20 years to finally achieve this streak.
I have won 3 different prizes over the years in different contests... I won a hoodie a few years ago. I won a hat earlier this year and I won a swag box(t shirt and hoodie) last month. I received all my prizes within the time frame they said I would get them. Hopefully anyone waiting on a prize will receive it soon! Good luck!
