 Hey Grillo. You can't collect a prize if you live in Venezuela. Click the rules tab and read down a few paragraphs. There you will see a link that lists the countries banned from entering these contests. Covers will not send you a prize if you live in one of those countries.

I recently had a streak of 9  on Survivor but never received an email to claim my hat.  I checked the SPAM folder as well and there was nothing there.

My streak was done under screen name "Yoey".  I have since lost but still would like to get my hat.

How can I confirm my eligibility?  Back before there were other options, I was using Covers to track and try different betting systems.  I have not used the site in around 3+ years I believe.  Gambling is legal in my state now and  and I came back and setup a new account and stated to enter some of the contests.    Will I be okay if I don't access any of the other accounts which haven't been used in years?

If you can remember the usernames for those accounts I can go in and delete them.

Do you send prizes to Australia?

From my readings you only send to USA and Canada.

Under "FAQS" there was another section which says "yes" you do send to other countries.

Can you please confirm if you send prizes to Australia.

Just curious, but why did Covers switch from sending cash via Paypal to sending cash via Skrill?

Sorry for the delay, but you're correct we can only send non-cash prizes to residents of USA and Canada. Our international parcel service company suspended all international shipments due to Covid-19 restrictions. Thanks for pointing this out on our Contact Us page FAQs. We'll update those to reflect our current operations.

Although non-cash prizes aren't available to you at the moment, Australia is one of the many countries Skrill operates in, so you are still eligible to receive cash prizes!

After years of working together PayPal terminated our partnership. They lumped Covers into a category along with sportsbooks which is a category they don't do business with. Even though Covers doesn't take deposits and our contests are 100% free, they lumped us into this broad category. Therefore we had to find a very close alternative to PayPal that would work best for contest players and our industry. So, we found Skrill which operates similar to PayPal and works with partners in the sports betting industry.

 Thank you for that reply and explanation. I never was happy with Paypal to begin with, and I never even knew about Skrill until I read this thread. I have signed up with Skrill but havent actually used it as of yet, but I am glad to have found an alternative to Paypal.

 considering dropping out. been a member over 10 years . you're doing good with this site but if you're making it too difficult to collect when you win i don't want any part of it . yes i understand i only count as one but if i feel that way so do others . why would you blow a good thing ?
