Real quick - not that I think I'm going to win tonight because the Lakers are stinking it up right now in NO but... this morning when I went to make the pick it said "due to consensus you cannot make that pick" BUT just a few minutes later it was available.

Another tip is to go to the match up page for any particular game that you like that isn't listed in the streak survivor list & try there. Sometimes gamers are available thru that page even if they are not listed under the available streak picks. Just a thought.

I've been able to get a pick in that way many times when it was unavailable otherwise.

I'm about 8 under .500 right now & my best is 6 - twice.

Why can't I pick the 11:30pm college basketball game, it has a line and an over and under, yet it's not available on the survivor pick page. It's the last game of the day and you would think you could pick it !

I feel your pain...six twice for me too, 9 under .500. The anxiety usually kicks in for me after 4W. That is the biggest hurdle in this contest. Can't imagine what it must feel like picking with W20. And you are definately right about going into the matchups to get the pick you want. You definately shouldn't depend on the mobile version to get your pick in. The chances are it won't be there

This always happens when you click pick at the top of each match-up on any sports' scores/match-up page. IF there's another way, I'd like to know how, maybe I'm wrong, so I'm all ears.

Just went to the matchup page for the Orlando/OKC game and in the Survivor box it says, game not available on survivor, so this idea doesn't always work folks, would be nice if it did.

Fist it wasn't available on the survivor make pick page due to consensus, then it wasn't available on the matchup page, so I went back to the survivor make pick page and this time my pick is accepted, just doesn't make any sense at all.

I just tried to pick Ohio St. over Arizona and it's not available on the survivor pick page and then went to the match-up page and it's not available there either, so it's obvious if you picked a game on a match-up page it was also available on the survivor pick page at the same time.Plain and simple, if you can't pick it on the survivor pick page, it's not going to be on the match-up page.

I dont understand how you can remove games off the board. everyone should be able to choose out of the same game pool. it should not be determined what games are available by the consensus or depending on what time of the day you make your pick (as long as game hasnt started)IMO. try playing the top consensus pick everyday. No way it wins 25 straight. Just my opinion

You cant complain about a contest thats free. But its only 1 pick per 7 days. Pick your spots and maybe it can be done.

The problem with 1 pick per week is that very few want to wait six months to win $100,000.They have the 25 picks in 25 days mentality,which is why they bang their heads against the wall picking once per day

Now they have another contest that our infinite stupidity makes us think we have a chance of winning in the return of The Ultimate Race.

I cant wait?!

1. Yes the $100,000 has been won several times. And yes people have received their money.

2. The availability of SS picks will be expanding in the near future, in order to give you a greater selection.

My God, Rizzo, with all due respect I sure hope so. At 2:00 PM CD,T I looked over the Streak Survivor options for tonight and could only see three games to choose from. There's one in MLB, one in the NBA, and one in hockey. Using the past practice parameter of games with point spreads of $1.30 or less on the money line being available in the past, I figure there ought to be six MLB, two NBA, and two NHL available. What's gives?

I'm sure hoping that whatever problems there are with the Covers teams' inability to make games available on Streak Survivor when they should be doesn't spill over to the Ultimate Race contest that starts next week, but I guess we won't know until then.
