We are currently up 54.8 units on this parlay system.
Serious question: What other systems, in any sport, posted here have won more units than this? My baseball parlay systems combined for 206 units, other than that, what other successful systems are there on here?
I was thinking that there could be some baseball systems that chase up to 5 games (my fade system, CKP's Post All-Star system and the Magna Carta) but the risk on games 4 and 5 make them almost unplayable as a pure 5 game chase. What I like about the 2 team parlays with set betting amounts is that you know your total risk for the 8 game chase.
I would love to find a good way to parlay totals in baseball to go along with my other parlay system. I have some ideas that I need to test when I have time.

SN, what I meant was that I have had trouble handicapping totals in baseball. I need to get better at it in order to include playing twins on the Stoffo MM system.
I don't plan on playing any chase systems in baseball this coming year. I will concentrate on the twin parlays as I did last year and would like to add a 3rd tier to that with totals. I know runs created is a powerful tool for handicapping and I need to get better at using that.
Thanks for your thoughts.

After the success of the baseball parlay system, I was looking to apply it to NHL and have come up with this.
The basic concept is to parlay the strongest 2 road teams each night. For example if Boston is -120, NYR +110 and Toronto +125 are the 3 road teams, you'd parlay Boston -120 and NYR +110.
We chase up to 8 games as we did in the baseball parlay system with set betting amounts of 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 8x, 12x, 18x, 25x. There is some flexibility in the betting amounts as we get further down the string to make sure we profit on any session we have a win.
Results so far for the season based on Covers odds through 10/25 is 7 parlay wins out of 13 games bet, +30.38 units.
One thing I have done differently than the baseball parlay is to split my bankroll in 2 to cover a potential 2 losses. With each win, I divide the profits of that session up between the 2 bankrolls and what I'll call my pocket. Consider the pocket as money that won't be touched going forward, kind of like a stop loss for those stock market people or putting chips in your pocket when you are up at the blackjack table. Also, we will recalculate the betting amounts with each win to possible increase our betting amounts. Will be a slow process at first.
Since I just started this thread we will use today as game 1. See post below. Also, note that I didn not backtest too much. There was one 8 game loss last year, and I did not calculate the total for the year. Given time I will do so. Please note this is a system I'm tracking here for testing purposes and community exposure.
