I like what you're trying to do here, it just may need some tweaking. I played something similar this season in NHL.
I found 3 teams after about 15-20 games to chase a 5 game under set. Washington, NYR, and MTL.
I started with a $50 wager in game 1 and played up to a $800 in game 5 if need be. Lucky it never went that far.
Bottom line here are unders I believe are the way to go when sports betting. We just have to get them working for us. To bet them blindly every game you'll lose money because of the juice but if you carefully select the right teams and put them into a chase it has a higher probability of success.

Thanks. Hopefully for a turnaround soon - still around 2 weeks into the system. Haven't been losing all too much, but with a first plays hitting 35% its very hard to make profits, as in the past it had been hitting at 65%.

Nice Job KP! Still lurking in your thread. I've worked on several totals systems, thought I'd found something great, and then when I put it into practice, it turns south. Very difficult to stay the course. Hope you have continued success.

Thanks. Profits wasn't what I was hoping for at this stage as my first chase should be around 65% success (currently sitting on 54%) but will rake in about 1k+ if I don't post any further plays and complete these 6 existing series without losing. Still, it hasn't sufferred a losing series to date.
At least the system isn't in the deficit.

Completed series 19 - 1 (with 3 existing games to chase).
To chase: Play 13, Play 23
To chase 2: Play 14 (Play 34 should have been a Chase 3 but completed now).
*******
Gonna take some time off and think about how I could maximise profits with this system. Any ideas?
That 1 loss was unfortunate (lost $700 on one series) but 19-1 completion record is good. A few flaws in that I usually hit 65+% on first plays which results in greater profit but 55% since posting here meant we had to play catchup...
I've been playing various pitchers, but perhaps I should only play good pitchers with lower ERA...
