Eagles lost, Pitt lost, Seatle win, Miami win, Detroit win, Saints win, San Diego lost, Houston lost. Patriot tie. That's 5-4 in the morning still waiting for the afternoon and late. As I post before the total is not as good as the point spread, you really need to look at the 2nd half point spread. If the late game come in I will be happy with 9-4 today...
i checked eagles covers. they were -1 first half and add 6 would make it -7. score were 21-7 second half eagles +3 and final score 10-10.
am i right?
win i got NO,PHI, SEAHAWKS, MIA, DET
loss i got KC, SD, BAL BROWNS

That just aint gonna happen, the 2nd half line is ALWAYS going to take the original game line into consideration or they would get middled to death.
No shit dude.
My point was that this "system" pays no attention to the line, and therefore I that is something I cant get past. You cant say bet a team at any line with any system and be profitbale.

Its obvious if the fav isn't covering+6 then the team you are taking 2nd half is going to always be getting points or a very short fav. The book is ALWAYS going to make a fair line so what is the problem. To me this is the same as betting a trend and if you are betting trends there are times when you ignore the line. If it aint you cup of tea thats cool but I actually think this will be slightly successful.

Just have a feeling a better way to do it is if a HOME FAV isn't covering the spread+6 in the first half you take them in the 2nd half. Would go 5-3 today I believe.

Wow, take a grammar class and learn how to spell. Maybe then people will take you seriously (if this applies to you)... ync,,, thanks for youe contribution... it's something to think about. Then again, I don't bet systems.
Research and intuition direct my picks but anything that can lead to an advantage (no matter how slight it may be) is beneficial. Never bet blindly, by others' picks, or by a system alone and you will increase your chances for success. I bet halves but pick my spots like with any other wager... this is the advice I would suggest anyone who thinks that they will profit from merely following a "system".

Well my lack on reading comprehension serves me well again. I thought the system was if they dont cover spread + 6 you go with the fav.. If they do you go with the dog. I ended up betting on washington, Vikings, and SF all in the 2nd half ..all winners. Once again.. I may or may not be understanding this system but according to my current knowledge..I shouldn't have picked any of those. It just made sense to me I should since if the fav is up big..then they should take it easy in the 2nd half and let the dog score a few and vice versa. So according to what I originally thought..
(-8) Sd vs Rams 3 to 17 at half.. bet SD assuming they will make a comback and they did 14 to 3 in the second.
(-2.5) NE vs Balt 7 to 10 at half..bet NE for same reason above and they won 2nd half 16 to 10.
(-14) Pitt vs Brownies 7 to 3 at half..bet Pitt see above and they won 21 to 7 in the 2nd half
(-4) Hou vs Chiefs 7 to 14 at half..bet hou and they won 28 to 17 in the 2nd
(-3) Eagles vs ATL 21 to 7 at half..bet ATL and they tied in the 2nd (dont know the line but ATL wins if they get any points)
(-3) J.E.T.S vs Den 7 to 10 at half ..bet Jets and they won 17 to 10 in 2nd
(-6.5) SF vs Oak 3 to 6 at half bet ..SF and they won 14 to 3 in 2nd
(-1.5) Minn vs Dallas 7 to 14 at half.. bet Minn and they won 17 to 7 in 2nd
(-3) colts vs redskins 17 to 7 at half..bet redskins and they won 17 to 10 in the 2nd
According to my ignorance my picks that lost would have been tampa..GB and possible the G-Men depending on the line
Just confirming I have completely got this system wrong with how it works in my head. Granted most of these I do not know the exact halftime line but I can conclude most of those win.
I suppose to pick the exact opposite of what I picked in all those senarios correct?
