Based on these plays, obviously my opinion is the chalk of the top 3, Rafa Djoker and Alcaraz simply are not backing at these odds...so I am going value hunting instead heading into the first week,,,upsets should be frequent in the first 3 rounds, and better info based on form, health, and time on court by the 4th round should lead to profitable wagering opportunities.
All wager units for this thread for entertainment purposes will be ten cents...however much I win or lose after the trophy is won is my business only.
I am fully boycotting the women's draw, so I wouldn't be the right person here to ask any opinion of.

For hedging purposes...I like Fokina's stamina in 5 set matches,,,he's having the clay court season of his life and is in relatively good health...against a Djoker or Nadal he could outlast them,,,against another fellow young gun he could out nerve or out smart them by not making errors...or maybe I'm totally drinking the kool-aid from watching all his big matches and close losses this season...he just seems to be peaking at the perfect time, and I have a feeling neither Nadal or Djoker will make it to the end.
I know you are a Djoker fan,,,how's your take on his chances, knowing he's got Rafa as a QF matchup? That's brutal for both goats and all tennis fans to have them in the same quarter

Schwartzman ML +120...2u...ingame wager at 6-5 on serve in the 2nd set...good positive body English from him, the crowd is getting loud and all are behind Diego...Munar looks dazed and frustrated at the moment.

Always felt that way about live betting, but this time looks like I got 3 card montied with the old bait and switch routine...Diego had 0-30, and a SP on Munar's serve but didn't get it done, then his head wasn't into the TB...I need a FAA Tstitsi bailout now but I don't think the midget is so mighty like he was few years ago...dumb bet,,,I was expecting Munar to choke.

Agreed on live betting fellas. Learning to interpret live lines in all sports is a skill and is fascinating to me. Definitely takes years to master but once you get a feel for it there’s definitely an advantage in spotting when books tip their hands a bit and how they feel about the matchup etc.
Packers how good do you think Diego wouldve been had he been born 6 ft plus? For his size to be as good as he is, its pretty incredible.

Potentially one of the greats for sure if he had height to give him free points on the serve...just imagine how insane his talent is to be top 15 in the world without ever having a 1st serve.
The heart of a champion without a doubt...he talks to himself and his team all match long regardless if he's up or down...the love for the game in him is a common trait among so many Argentinian players...shout out to Delpo fans,,,you know exactly what I'm talking about

he's the Argentinian Ferrer for me, just needs a step stool for serving
Remember the extended Prince racquet Michael Chang used later in his career that was custom made to be a few inches longer at the handle to allow him more height impact on his serve? That was genius back in the day,,,
