Anyone know wtf happened to Sakkari? It was 2-1 in the 2nd set and she loses the next 10 games? Why not retire at 3-0 in the 3rd set if she was hurt...sucks not getting a miracle retirement when you need it

she is not hurt at all by any means.. Barty started hitting deep in the court and mixing up with slices and Sakkari did Sakkari thing.. in the last 2 sets she has hit 40 errors or so. Complete meltdown.

 on the edge of losing and Pliskova lost the energy the end of 2nd set in a finger click and its all downhill from there.

We will take it. It feels good to be on the right side of these physical issues once in a while.

Not sure why Nishioka gave walkover.. he had no sign of any injury yesterday and is playing great tennis. Its a shame to give walkover on Masters QF.. wouldve been a real battle with Goffin.
