I like Youzhny to catch Tsonga in a letdown spot today in Cincy. H2H between these two is dead even at 3-3. 2 of Youhzny's 3 wins have come on hard surface -- but indoors. All 3 of Tsonga's wins have come on outdoor hard -- which is today's surface.
While I understand the logic behind backing Tsonga on a surface that he has dominated Youzhny (and everyone else lately) on; I think (lack of) motivation and fatigue will cause fits for the heavy favorite. Lest we ignore that Tsonga was playing a match in Toronto less 48 hours ago.
2* Youhzny +3.5 +105 1* Youhzny +300

Also like the grinder, Robby Ginepri, to catch Austrian stud, Dominic Thiem, in a continuation letdown spot. Thiem put forth a ton of energy (emotional and physical) at his home tourney in Austria a couple weeks ago. He showed fatigue last week in Toronto and I look for that to be the case again today. Ginepri, on the other hand, is in tremendous form and should be motivated to represent in his front of his American fans.
2* Ginepri +170
All the best to those who fade and/or follow.
