Can't see Stosur S. / Zhang S losing two in a row. 

 

They are the only pair who also played the finals last year and went to the semis. 

 

11 matches winning streak came to an end in the last match losing 6-2,6-2. They didn't play good but the difference was on break balls. Martinez/Schuurs saved 9/10 and Stosur and Zhang only saved 3/8. So they did have more chances but didn't take them.

 

Jurak/Klepac now have 4 losses in their last 5, not the kind of form you want to play the finals with. they lost 6-0, 6-4 against Aoyama/Shibahara and was really poor.

 

A most win for the US Open Champions and I think they will quite easily.

Don't know why Hseih/Mertens is underdogs here, the first time they play each other and Krejcikova and Siniakova haven't played well since French Open. Krejcikova also player singles here don't help them. No, Mertens and Hsieh want to show why they are nr 1 in the world.
