Yes, things do go in cycles. Cutting down trees, laying more concrete, digging for more oil, throwing endless wastes in the ground sea, space wherever will alter the cycle as the population grows it will only get worse.

Yeah the damage is in far east TN on the other side of the mountains from Pigeon Forge and the northeast part of the state.
