Streaks - in and of themselves - are useless to a gambler.
They only provide a story to tell after the fact. There is zero value in using streaks as a predictor - unless of course there is causation in the way you are handicapping to cause the streak.
But "luck" and "bad luck" streaks - only value is to provide a gambler with a convenient explanation. They do nothing to improve your money management or overall expected value.
And as far as flat betting goes... I just used it as an example because that seems to be what CG is doing. And if you flat bet, you can easily come to a bet size.
