The Over/Under in inter-conference games is 4/13 for Lakers and 6/10 for Celtics. Boston also played an intense match against the Raptors in Toronto yesterday. On the other hand with Gasol and possibly Howard out and Artest cold, the Lakers defense shouldn't pose a threat to Boston. Both teams have been giving their all in the first half of games as of lately and fading towards the end, which I think will be inevitable in the Celtics' case, the reason for which I picked the over in the first half and the under overall.

It's quiet because NBA instead of making it more interesting - actually is killing NBA on Thursdays. How many times can we see Lakers and the Celtics. Who cares about Denver playing Chicago. Give us in division games where the teams are really up to playing.
This is ridiculous that I am actually thinking taking a day off because this action is no action for me. Am I wrong? There are no edges in any of the games. Coin tosses if you ask me. No real rivalries anymore. Compare to the day I had with options today it is boring.

Mavin I'm really liking LA +2.. I think it hits tonight man. Statement game for the Lakers...

If you wanna have a little excitement I highly suggest taking the St. Louis Blues in regulation... Awesome spot play... And to boot Detroits shelling out some back up goalie making his first ever start And St louis has such a powerful team and they've come off 2 brutal loses Can you say St. Louis bloodbath?


PS. I've seen a lot of goofs come into your thread lately. Don't let em get to ya. You've wrote the most cohesive easy to grasp knowledgeable tutorial that I've ever came across on Covers and know that you'll heat up even quicker than your little cold spell. Best of luck brother.

Well I got a 2 team parlay going with the fakers and under in bulls/denver game.

Mavin, 12 games on tap in the NHL tonight!Plenty of action my friend! We need to get an NHL thread going!

NHL picks:

-Coyotes ml

-Blues/Wings O 5.5

-Rangers -0.5 in regulation

Yeah Mavin. NHL is where its at as far as capping goes. Personally my favorite sport to cap... I feel that Vegas doesn't give the attention to NHL that they do to the NBA, MLB etc... So its easy to make some superb hits.

And you can count on a goalie to keep a team in the game if a team is not playing well for whatever reason... It's not like basketball.

Nice hit last night with the bruins you were right my friend.But in my defense it took a stellar perfromance from Rask, could have easily been 3-0 after the first period for the Habs.Keep up the good work buddy!

Thanks brother.. I'm madly in love with the St.Louis play... I actually played it in regulation and even harder at ML... I just don't forsee them losing here... So I'm hitting it... Pretty hard. I've done rad this season so its always nice to take a few chances... Even if I lose I'll still be up a sweet amount. Lakers line looks fantastic too... Lots of fun for tonight brother

Sorry you lost with the Habs... After the 2nd I did think that you were on the right side and that the RLM happened for a reason... Thats the great thing about Hockey... ONE....1... ONE guy can keep you in the game even if you're playing underwhelmingly.... And that is of course the goalie...

What I love about Boston is that it's like their team has some special nitrus that they can take and just explode in spurts and get right back into games or take over games.. We saw that last night.

Anyhow you seem like a quality capper man... Keep up the good work
