reasoning on another slip was waiting for lines to move- good thing I got heat in quick went to -5 the other to lines I was able to get .5 on them have not checked the public was was sold on -4 and -3 so getting -3.5 and -2.5 sealed it. Lets get em-

i am very impressed with the teamwork on this thread!!! just wanted some thoughts on the 3-5 point dogs at home today. 3.5 pt underdogs at home have generally been cash this season, however there are too many of these games today. any thoughts or leans  on which games are traps today?

I also thought about what you said yesterday but these three games I had at -5 each last night when preparing for today and was gonna take anything below those numbers- Sure they could be trap games but the trends don't support it- Monday is usually an under day- with so many games with low lines (spreads) I mean there are 11 games today and 7 of them are within two baskets either two FG or two 3pts with two other games at -7 and -6.5 I think vegas is trying a few new tricks- only two games at or close to 10- and I think with low intensity monday those may be too high.

thank you for your opinion turbo! i feel a little bit better about taking a couple of the favorites today. pretty hard playing several favorites without feeling like a sucker haha thanks!

most people will start with the streak ends noise today- I think that the loss will come on a low intensity game if they are caught by surprise- as you can see the not so great teams gave them the most trouble during the streak ... 76ers Magic Kings Cavs Bobcats at least that is how I see it-

The last time they played in Boston the line kept changing from -5 to -6 or so- ended at -5.5 today opened at -4 and went to -5 the Heat did not cover before, and thus I think the same line is put up today- the Heat could have easily covered before but fell asleep defensively there should be no sleeping tonight- I hope it's a blow out to make a statement- but As I also have the Money Line a win would do for me as well. It's the NBA anything can happen and hedges are ready to be put in place just in case.

Charlotte +6.5

been looking at the lime movement and it went down from 7 to 6.5 even with the public being on washington hard need more research but looking like charlotte is the way to go

I don't do big or medium play ratings etc. I do rate them in the order in which I post them, if it helps that would be Mia but I took ML and bought two points to make it -2 and -3 in some bets-

I have a love hate relationship with the Wiz.  If I played the Bobcats tonight, it would be like I was fading them until they lost during one of the few periods they put wins together, lol...

With that said, I like the Bobcats now that the Wizards are on the road.  Something I learned (just yesterday), when I changed my Saint Louis lean to a VCU bet, is that you need to actually believe in the bet and not just the line movement.  Try to think back on your thoughts of this game before you saw the line movement... Did you see the Wizards winning/covering?

Im actually kind of torn because when i first saw this i straight out jumped and said the wizards would win but after thinking about it a bit with the wins the wizards have had and putting the line at -7 maybe that is exactly what the books want you to think and the wizards are on the road and if you look at their last 3 road loses were to all bad teams but i dont know still just for the fact that charlotte is that bad but they do good at home only if ramon sessions and diop werent hurt it would make it easier i may even just take charlotte 1H +3.5

In my most humble opinion, it seems to me you may be pressing a bet.  Also in my opinion, I am not suggesting advice as much as I am provoking thought. There are 7 games tonight and that makes for a lot of bets to consider.

I am not good at the first half lines, so I'd say, see where your leans put you at half time and look again at a bet.

That is one of the things Mavin preaches to believe in your bet and not second guess, although I believe that I also think that live bet and half time should be use for hedging purposes.
