Mozart - sorry about that freaky Friday. Soccer bets require a lot of attention to detail it seems in terms of what wins and what does not win. I also am learning from scratch and reading everything the other experienced cappers have to say about what to watch out for. That whole 'bet is for regulation only' stuff is a new one for me. Seems like a bet should automatically be for the whole game including free time right? I mean heck, if a goal can be counted during free time (or is it called extra time?) then that time is deemed valid as far as I'm concerned. Then again, I've heard a lot of bad stuff about 5dimes. In any case, sorry about your experience.

tuck321 - Where is the best place on the web you have found to located timely and accurate info on umps for any MLB game? I've been using covers and rotoworld, but both seem to not give out the info until closer to start of the game. I do think it's important to spend some time looking at the ump, just wish there was a site that listed them earlier. Thanks!

This is only my second $$$$ post, and try to be very selective in my posts vs. the plays I normally make. Really like this head to head matchup at the Preakness (Kilo explained head to head matchups in his post above).
Collected is a Bob Baffert horse, who in my opinion is the best trainer in the game right now, and possibly one of the best trainers ever. It's never a good idea to bet against a Baffert horse. Collected has won his past 2 races (3 out of past 4) including his last race won at Keeneland (not an easy race by any means)
On the other side of the matchup we have Awesome Speed who received an automatic bid by winning through disqualification at a race in Laurel, MD. The Laurel track doesn't bring in good horses by any stretch of the imagination, so for Awesome Speed to win by disqualification, is like the Braves beating the Phillies last night. Not impressive.
While this bet is a fade of Awesome Speed, I also love Collected. I'm not betting any WPS for this race because of the sloppy track, but if I was, I'd be tossing Collected in my bets. With that being said, I'm about 45 minutes from the track, and the rain looks to be holding off for a bit. If it does become a sloppy track, I still really really like this bet. If it's a clear track, it might be my favorite of the week. Good luck.

I don't know what is worst. That or having a solid cap for a team just to lose on an upset like the toronto game. Like yesterday, phi lost to atl which killed a large portion of my parlay. Today is Toronto's turn. Im holding the bag with 3 cards left. Seattle is my love child with those.
Im fading material this week. Should of just stayed away till monday or bet 1 card only for some degenerate action and saving my units for the weekdays. I think fri sat sun are the hardest days to earn that money. People are off, more games televised, the vegas moose is on the prowl, conspiracy theory who knows.
My mind tells me to load up on seattle to recoup some of the lost but that's chasing and going on tilt will make u feel lower if u end up seeing a double header late game moose like you got hustled and no matter what u do, u just can't win.
Turning off the tube n go keep my mind off of sports for the rest of the night. Hope u guy can win that money from your bookie for me. I rather just give my money to u guys instead of giving it to the hungry eyes of the bookie.

First quarter totals the first two games of this series, 61, 58. Everyone expects this game to be more competitive than the last two. I'm not sure I believe that, but Toronto should be able to execute their offense more effectively at home.

Cav's Offensive Dominance
With the Kevin Love shooting effectively from beyond the arc Cleveland's big 3 has been an absolute over matched opponent for any Raptors's lineup. Stretching the defense with good ball movement that creates open look 3's has allowed Lebron James to have high light reel dunks in the lane. By now Dwayne Casey should know that he's not going to defeat the Cavs with a stellar defensive performance. Which brings me to my next point...
Mean Reversion in Raptor's Offensive Output
Lowry is 1-15 from beyond the arc this series. That's less than 7% 3-PT FG %. This guy is an all star, they'll drop soon enough. Dwayne Casey has been resting his starters at the end of games for what I can only think is to play them at extended minutes during the slightly more winnable home games. The raptors bench did out perform their avg points last game, but give me the starters over the bench players to help hit the over in a must win game for Toronto.
Expect Drake to be doing his best to annoy the Cav's Defense into giving up easy buckets. Expect the home crowd to quiet during the Raptor's offensive possessions. Expect the raptors to come out scoring in the first quarter like they have in the last two games and crush the first quarter over.
Record: 7-5
OKC did not show up in game 2 and gave up by the end to rest for the home games. That series is going to be a hard one to handicap, but I see a lot of value in the GS -3.5 for Tomorrow's slate. I capped the Cavs -10.5 in Game 1, so it seems like I have a good pulse on this series, Let's make some $$$$

First quarter totals the first two games of this series, 61, 58. Everyone expects this game to be more competitive than the last two. I'm not sure I believe that, but Toronto should be able to execute their offense more effectively at home.

I Love this game tonight. I have tried 10 ways NOT to bet Baltimore and I can't find it. By now, you know I do not like the Angels bats and I know Trout can demolish any bet and ANY time, but the Angels just can't keep pace in the offensive category. We have an edge in Pitching (BY ALOT) as Shoemaker is close to being on my fade list
ERA over 8 and WHIP almost 2He doesn't strike out many and loves to give up home runs. He has played to 3 straight OVERS so that is a "hedge play" but I think this ends up 7-3, 7-4 or 8-3
I just see no angles favoring OCA here and I will pounce on Baltimore as small road favorite.

Cavs -6 My first hoops game in a while, but this looks pretty good to me. Simply a dominant team and with V in the middle, they have no rim protector and unless Lowrie and Deroan go for over 50, no way they keep up. Might take a while for Cavs to keep up the pressure, but I think they go up 3-0 and roll to a double digit Win.

I will try and catch a BOMB parlay by adding Texas, Cubs RLine, and Miami Run Line.
