WEC 53 OFFICIAL plays.... YTD: +36.2 units

NFL: 7-3(+11.7 units)
College Football YTD: (-10.5U)
World Cup: 34-14-11(+84 units)
MMA YTD: (+36.2 units)
NBA YTD: 13-3(+485 units)
College Basketball YTD: 18-7-1 (+25.3 units)

A nice looking card here, not as much on the betting side, but I found a few things I like.


Cerrone/Shalorus parlay to win 3 units (I laid 3.2 units to win 3 units)
Alcantara +160 for 2 units
Kamal Shalorus -170 for 2 units


For those unfamiliar with Alcantara he is from Brazil and a very aggressive striker.  I have seen him fight 4 times, and was very impressed.  Lamas has decent wrestling, and I am hoping if he takes it down he Alcantara can sweep or submit.  He isn't as active as Charles Oliveira, but he is very similar in his BJJ.

I saw Alcantara fight ..He was super aggresive..Goes for the death blow at all times...

He has a similar style to Falcao on the feet (minus his very unagressive performance in the UFC) and Chalres Oliveira on the ground.

sharp, I sent you a friend request.  Been following your MWC bball plays and just want to say thanks.  Love your insight on the west coast teams.  Being in the east, I havent followed them much until this year.  Thanks, and BOL tonight in the WEC.

Sharp... You did well last week with UFC. Tailed you for a couple fights then and decided to tail you with WEC tonight.

Alcantara +160.

Wrong guy is favoured in my eyes. "Marajo" has more experience and he is one tough SOB. I expect to see a big WEC debut by Mr. Alcantara.

On both of these plays with you.  I've actually never bet on a favorite in mma before, always look for spots to bet on the dogs (in every sport).  Let's get it done tonight!
