The Masters odds have a clear pair of betting favorites at the top, with World No. 1 and defending champion Scottie Scheffler and Grand Slam hopeful Rory McIlroy leading the way.

My top longshot and sleeper Masters predictions are looking further down the board and feature a trio of elite tee-to-green players with past success at Augusta National.

Masters sleeper predictions

Sleeper pick to win: Russell Henley
+5500 at DraftKings

Georgia native Russell Henley heads to the 2025 Masters in top form and off the largest win of his career at the Arnold Palmer.

He’s made 20 consecutive cuts while ranking Top 20 in this field in every true strokes gained metric except off the tee. That’s only because he’s more accurate than long, and ranking seventh in driving accuracy could be underappreciated at Augusta National this week.

He also has a solid track record in this event with seven consecutive Top 40s, which includes a T4 in 2023 and two more Top 20s. I value that he’s gained true strokes putting in his past three trips to the Masters and has gained an average of +0.62 true strokes gained on the greens per round to rank 11th in this field.

Sleeper pick to win: Corey Conners
+6000 at FanDuel

Captain Canada carded three consecutive Top 10s in the Masters before missing the cut in 2023. He bounced back last year with a T38 finish while gaining true strokes on approach and on the greens.

Corey Conners heads to Augusta National in elite form this year. He’s posted four consecutive Top-10 finishes while gaining true strokes in all five metrics, including ranking third in this field in true strokes gained tee-to-green.

Additionally, he's often a popular player to receive odds boosts, so there’s potential you could see an inflated number on his outright price or boosted odds for a particular finishing position.

Sleeper pick to win: Lucas Glover
+20000 at FanDuel

A lot will need to go right for Lucas Glover to win the Masters, but this price is still too long for the world-class ball-striker. Plus, the American finished T20 here in 2024 while ranking 11th in true strokes gained putting, and this will also be his 11th trip to Augusta.

While the veteran plays the boring, fairways-and-greens brand of golf, Glover's career resurgence dating back to the summer of 2023 has been anything but.

He closed out consecutive wins in August 2023 and has seven more Top 5s since July 2023. He ranks third in this field in true strokes gained on approach, fifth in driving accuracy, and 20th in true strokes gained tee-to-green during the nearly two-year stretch.
