Toyota Save Mart 350 pre-race favorites
Chase Elliott (+550)
Opening as the betting favorite is none other than the Cup Series standings leader, Chase Elliott. Although he has won just one race thus far this season, he's been able to rack up nine Top-10 finishes including three in the Top 5. This consistency has led him to the top of the standings, and top of the odds board for this race.
Kyle Larson (+650)
Right behind Elliott is last year's Cup Series winner, Kyle Larson. Although he currently sits just seventh in the standings, this man is a threat to win anytime he gets behind the wheel. With just one win under his belt thus far, oddsmakers anticipate Larson to have a real shot at winning on Sunday on a track he finished first on last season.
Martin Truex Jr. (+900)
In the third spot on the odds board is Martin Truex Jr., who will look to build upon his sixth-place finish over the weekend and get into the Top 5. On this track last year, Truex finished in third, meaning he (and the oddsmakers) know he can find success here once again.
Kyle Busch (+1,000)
Kyle Busch has had himself quite the season, sitting just nine points behind Chase Elliott for first place. Busch has racked up 11 Top-10 finishes, and will have a good shot here to bring home his second victory on the season — and potentially pass Elliott.
How to bet on NASCAR
The most popular way to bet on NASCAR is by simply picking the winner of a race, which is also referred to as an outright. There are plenty of other ways to wager, including betting on whether or not a driver will finish in the Top 3 or Top 10 of a race.
Another popular betting option is head-to-head matchup betting, where sportsbooks pair up two drivers and you choose who you think will finish better in the race, which is far easier than trying to select someone to win out of a field of approximately 40 drivers.
