My analysis
The Milwaukee Bucks have dropped six of its last nine games heading into the All-Star break, a rather disappointing run given its promising January. Things broke down defensively with the Bucks sitting 18th in points allowed per 100 possessions, which is the end of the floor that has kept this team afloat for parts of the season.
Although the Bucks remain a solid 3-point defense, it’s been the interior that has suffered. They’ve ranked 16th and 20th at the rim and in the short mid-range, respectively — something that could hurt them against a Los Angeles Clippers team that focuses its offensive efforts inside the arc.
While the Clippers haven't been exceptional offensively, they've been good enough to take advantage of this matchup. Going against a defense that will be without Bobby Portis (suspension), Los Angeles should continue to score at an above-average clip inside.
Defensively, the Clippers have the league’s worst three-point defense this month, while the Bucks have been knocking down threes at one of the highest rates in the league. Assuming Damian Lillard is in — and his outlook seems to be positive — both offenses should turn this into a high-scoring game at Fiserv Forum.

Zubac should have a good chance to score inside as well, specializing in the short mid-range where the Bucks have had issues defending. Milwaukee has also struggled on the glass, and that should afford Los Angeles' big man some extra shooting opportunities tonight.
