DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for January 19

Lakers Austin Reaves 25.5 Points + Assists: MORE

Since Christmas, no Los Angeles Lakers player has been hotter than Austin Reaves, and I expect him to stay productive in tonight’s Battle of Los Angeles. Across his last 10, Reaves has averaged 22.2 points and 8.9 assists, easily clearing the 25.5 line. He’s gone above in 15 of 34 on the season, though eight of those have come over his last 10.

Reaves is averaging 26.2 points + assists at home compared to 22.5 on the road, but this game is being played at Intuit Dome, just 14 miles down the road from Crypto.com Arena. Reaves scored a career-best 38 points in Friday’s win over Brooklyn, and he’ll look to build on that performance tonight.

Bulls Zach LaVine 26.5 Points: MORE

Zach LaVine’s scoring has taken a nosedive as of late, but I’m predicting a bounce-back tonight in a favorable matchup.

LaVine has averaged just 19.7 points across his last three following six straight 30-point performances. He’s gone above this line in just 16 of 37 overall, but that includes eight of 16 on the road, where he’s averaging 24.1 points per game. The Blazers have allowed the seventh-most points per game at 117.1, including the second-most at home with a whopping 121.1.

Kings Domantas Sabonis 16.5 Rebounds: LESS

Domantas Sabonis leads the NBA in rebounds per game at 14.1, and he’s averaged a healthy 16.3 across his last six. Washington has allowed the most rebounds per game this season, so on the surface, this looks like a phenomenal chance to take MORE on the rebound line.

Despite the favorable matchup for the league’s most prolific rebounder, this line is quite high, and it’s one that Sabonis has hit just eight times in 38 games this season. Since the start of the 2022-23 campaign, Sabonis has pulled down 17 boards only 38 times in 199 appearances. He’s averaged 12.4 rebounds in five matchups with Washington in that span and come up short of 17 rebounds in each one. This line is simply too high not to take LESS.

Nuggets Jamal Murray 19.5 Points: MORE

Jamal Murray’s offensive production has been up-and-down this season, but he’s come alive lately. Over his last three, Murray has averaged a healthy 32.3 points and scored at least 20 in all of them.

Denver’s point guard has scored 20 or more in 18 of 35 games this season, including nine on the road. He’s hit MORE on this line in six of his last nine road games and five of his last 10 overall. Murray is averaging 20.9 points per game in the month of January, and I expect him to stay productive on offense tonight.

Spurs Victor Wembanyama 38.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists: MORE

Victor Wembanyama has averaged 39.4 PRAs at home compared to 38.6 on the road, but he’s hit MORE on this line in 10 of 17 outside of Frost Bank Center. The big man has posted at least 39 PRAs in 20 of 35 games this season.

He’s gone LESS in four straight after going MORE in five consecutive appearances. The Heat have allowed 41 PRAs to opposing centers this season, including the second-most rebounds. Expect a bounce-back performance from Wembanyama as he looks to get his team back in the win column after a blowout loss to Memphis on Friday.

Bucks Damian Lillard 24.5 Points: MORE

The final pick of the night targets a number that Damian Lillard has gone above in 20 of 33 games overall and in 11 of 18 at Fiserv Forum. He’s scored 25 or more in two straight and five of his last seven while averaging 26 points in that span.

Lillard went off for 30 points against Philly in the opener and has averaged 27.5 points against the Sixers since joining the Bucks. He’ll have no problem scoring at least 25 against the shorthanded visitors.
