Today, we look at Anthony "ANT" Edwards who has been anything but small on the boards for the Minnesota Timberwolves this season, and see if Harrison Barnes can continue his hot start as the Sacramento Kings host the Charlotte Hornets.

It appears life without Kawhi Leonard will be tough for the Los Angeles Clippers. Now, they have won two straight games, but one of the biggest places they are missing Leonard is on the glass as the Clippers are the worst rebounding team in the NBA.

But it’s not only Leonard that the Clippers are missing on the boards. No Marcus Morris and no Serge Ibaka certainly doesn't help. But with L.A. running mostly a small-ball lineup, the Clippers rank dead last in the NBA in both rebounding percentage and opponent rebounds per game.

Friday, they play the Minnesota Timberwolves for the second straight game and we’re going to focus on second-year stud Anthony Edwards. We’re getting a good number on his rebounding total of just 5.5 for this game, thanks to him hauling down just three boards in Wednesday’s matchup.

The number is a little surprising because Edwards is averaging 7.3 boards per game and has gone Over this number in every game this season prior to the last time out. Bet on ANT to get back to cleaning up the boards in this matchup.

Pick: Anthony Edwards Over 5.5 Rebounds (-110 at DraftKings)

It was a rough start to the season for Malcolm Brogdon and the Indiana Pacers. The point guard suffered a hamstring injury, all while seeing the Pacers begin the season 1-6.

But Brogdon is back and the Pacers begin a four-game west-coast road trip Friday night in Portland, having won two games in a row. The Blazers are off to a disappointing 3-5 start thanks to a cold start for their superstar Damian Lillard.

But Portland’s other glaring issue is still its defense. The Blazers rank 20th in defensive rating this season and have really struggled when it comes to defending the perimeter. Portland allows the seventh-most 3-point attempts per game while ranking 27th in opponent 3-point percentage, allowing teams to hit 38.5 percent of their attempts.

Now, Brogdon hasn’t hit three or more threes in a game since Indiana’s season opener, and he is only shooting 25 percent from deep this season, but I think we get some value on the Over 2.5 made threes at plus money here.

Brogdon is just a good shooter in a slump. He is a career 38.2 percent 3-point shooter and is third on the Pacers with 5.3 3-point attempts per game. I think he lets it fly against a Blazers team that hasn’t done well to stop shooters this season. Bet the Over.

Pick: Malcolm Brogdon Over 2.5 Made Threes (+120 at FanDuel)

Friday night’s game between the Charlotte Hornets and the Sacramento Kings is an intriguing matchup of two young teams with some exciting pieces looking to take the next step in their development.

The Hornets, who have started the season at 5-4, are led by the likes of LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges. While the Kings are off to a 4-4 start thanks to their young core featuring De’Aaron Fox, Davion Mitchell, and Tyrese Haliburton.

But while these young guns take center stage, it i' a veteran we're focusing on in this matchup. Harrison Barnes looks like the leader the Kings need at this stage of their development. The small forward is leading the team in minutes played and scoring, sitting second in rebounding.

Barnes is putting up 23.3 points per game on 49.6 percent shooting, which includes 47.3 percent from 3-point range on 6.9 attempts per game. He is also hauling down an incredible 9.5 rebounds per game.

That makes his points + rebounding total of 26.5 looks somewhat low for this matchup. That's a number he's gone Over seven times in his eight games this season, and now he faces a Charlotte team that ranks 27th in defensive rating and is just a so-so rebounding team, ranking 19th in rebounding percentage and 23rd in opponent rebounds per game.

Bet on Barnes to keep balling in this one.

Pick: Harrison Barnes Over 26.5 Points + Rebounds (-105 at DraftKings)
