There are four games on the ice Thursday, April 24, and my top NHL player props are eyeing the trio of Game 3s on the docket.

The Ottawa Senators, Minnesota Wild, and St. Louis Blues are all hoping to cash in on home-ice advantage, while the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning will play the second game of their Atlantic Division showdown.

Best NHL player prop bets for April 24

Anthony Stolarz Over 26.5 saves (-120 at Sports Interaction)

Toronto Maple Leafs No. 1 Anthony Stolarz has stopped 57 of 61 shots across consecutive wins to give Toronto a 2-0 series lead heading to Ottawa for Game 3. The Ottawa Senators were an entirely different team on home ice during the regular season and averaged the third-most shots per game (30.7).

Additionally, Toronto was well on its way to allowing 30-plus shots again in Game 2 before battening down the defensive hatches in the third period and surrendering just four on 21 attempts. I expect Ottawa to test Stolarz early and often again in Game 3, and Toronto to allow plenty of shooting opportunities once again, as well.

The Maple Leafs allowed the eighth-most shots per game (29.3) during the regular season, after all. The kicker remains Stolarz’s elite play continuing into the playoffs after leading the NHL in save percentage and goals saved above average per 60 minutes in the regular season.

Jordan Kyrou Over 2.5 shots on goal (-125 at Sports Interaction)

St. Louis Blues winger Jordan Kyrou paced the club in both shots and attempts per 60 minutes during the regular season, including with the man advantage, and he also ranked in the 87th percentile of forwards in shots on goal. So, it isn’t surprising that he’s already racked up six shots on nine attempts through the first two games of the playoffs.

Tonight's NHL picks value Kyrou clicking with linemates Brayden Schenn and Jake Neighbours for a solid 61.5 Corsi For percentage at five-on-five in Game 2, and the trio should also benefit from having the last-change advantage at the Enterprise Center.

Finally, Kyrou was also a consistent shooter down the stretch and recorded three or more shots in 15 of 25 games while the Blues scorched to a 19-4-2 finish.

Mats Zuccarello Under 0.5 points (-110 at Sports Interaction)

The Minnesota Wild have loaded up their No. 1 line, and Mats Zuccarello didn’t make the cut. He’s been on the ice for just 1.28 expected goals through the first two games and sports a discouraging 40.5 Corsi For percentage and 37.0 expected goals percentage at five-on-five.

When Zuccarello didn’t jump the boards with one of Joel Eriksson Ek, Kirill Kaprizov, or Matt Boldy during the regular season, he was on the ice for just 1.47 goals and 1.99 goals per 60 minutes across 286:04 of total ice time at five-on-five.

While the veteran winger is still skating on the No. 1 power-play unit, the Vegas Golden Knights spent a league-low 3:23 per game shorthanded during the regular season, and the Golden Knights have only been shorthanded twice through the first two games of the series.
