Best NBA Player Props Today for 11-26: Dime Shortage

Keyonte George had a great showing against the Knicks but we expect his assists to take a dive against the Spurs' elite defense. Additionally, we're looking at Rockets G Jalen Green and Bulls shooter Zach LaVine.

The 2024 Emirates NBA Cup continues tonight with five games tipping off around the NBA.

My NBA player props are betting on Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine to have a big game against a terrible defensive team while fading Jalen Green and Keyonte George in much tougher matchups.

Here are my best free NBA picks for Tuesday, November 26.

NBA player props for November 26

Prop bet #1: Jalen Green Under 18.5 points

-110 at bet365

Houston Rockets shooting guard Jalen Green has struggled in November, averaging just 15.3 points per game on 36/25/88 shooting splits. The O/U on his points is set at 18.5 tonight, a number he has gone below in 10 of 13 games this month.

He's been unable to find his shooting stroke or get to the line with any consistency, which is bad news with the Minnesota Timberwolves on deck tonight. The Wolves allow just 106.3 ppg at home, the sixth-lowest number in the NBA, and they have multiple strong wing defenders who can lock Green up.

In addition, Green is questionable with an illness tonight and while there's a good chance he'll suit up, it's another reason to fade him if he's less than 100%.

Prop bet #2: Zach LaVine Over 23.5 points

-110 at bet365

The Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards are both near the top of the NBA in pace while sitting at the bottom of the league in defense which is why we're seeing a massive total of 244.5 tonight. That allows us to bet the Over on Zach Lavine's points prop of 23.5, which is barely higher than his season average of 22.7 ppg.

That average has even been suppressed due to a shoulder injury and a right adductor sprain that hindered him earlier in the month. He's been playing at full strength over the last couple of weeks and has looked terrific.

He has dropped at least 25 points in each of his last four games and is shooting a sizzling 51.4% from deep over that span. With the Wizards dead-last in the league in defense rating and ranking 25th in 3-pointers allowed per game (14.3), take the Over on LaVine's points.

Prop bet #3: Keyonte George Under 6.5 assists

+100 at bet365

Utah Jazz point guard Keyonte George is coming off a nine-assist performance vs. the Knicks. However, the second-year player posted fewer than 6.5 helpers in seven straight games before that.

Tonight, he takes on a San Antonio Spurs squad that has been solid in their own end thanks to Defensive Player of the Year odds favorite Victor Wembanyama. The Spurs are fifth in the league in scoring defense (109.2 ppg) while ranking third in assists allowed per game (23.8). George has played two games against the Spurs this season and was limited to five assists in each contest while turning the ball over a total of 10 times.

This is a four-star play according to our Covers NBA player props projections, which are projecting 5.6 assists for George.
