My best bet

My analysis
These two teams last met back on February 10 in H-Town, and the Houston Cougars won that game 76-65 despite allowing Baylor to shoot 57.9% from the field.
Meanwhile, the Cougars had 17 assists to only seven turnovers. While Houston is not an offensive powerhouse, they are extremely efficient, ranking 10th nationally in KenPom’s offensive efficiency.
The Cougars rank third in the country shooting 39.6% from three despite ranking 293rd in 3-point attempts. They also only turn the ball over 9.3 times per game, third best.
Conversely, Baylor ranks 62nd in defensive efficiency and allows its opponents to shoot 35.2% from three, which ranks 285th nationally. It also allows 15.0 assists per game, ranked 302nd
The best assist man for the Cougars is guard Milos Uzan. He averages 4.5 assists per game on the season and 4.1 in conference play. Uzan had six assists in the last matchup with Baylor and has gotten at least five assists in half of his games this season.
There should be plenty of assist opportunities for Uzan in this matchup as Baylor allows you to drive and kick for open threes. As long as Houston hits their open looks — which it did well in the last game shooting 10-for-24 from deep — then I love Uzan to get at least five dimes.

LJ Cryer shot 4-for-7 from downtown in the last matchup and had made at least three in three of his past five games.
I will also add Houston to cover the spread on the road. The Cougs are a perfect 9-0 straight up on the road, and their style matches Baylor's style so well.
They are also 7-2 against the spread in those nine games and the only two failed covers were double-digit spreads.
