Bills vs Rams Prop Bets: Let. James. Cook.

The Buffalo Bills' offense has been firing on all cylinders, led in part by star running back James Cook. Find out why he and Josh Allen are poised to torch Los Angeles' defense on Sunday.

The Buffalo Bills roll into Week 14 with seven straight wins as they're set to take on the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium.

James Cook has been a beast on the ground and Josh Allen has been a reliable touchdown producer, so I’ll look for both players to feast in our NFL picks for Sunday, December 8.

Prop bet #1: James Cook Over 60.5 rushing yards

-115 at BetMGM

James Cook had one of his best games of the season in Week 13 against the 49ers, rushing for 107 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries. The running back has been a consistently effective option on the ground for the Buffalo Bills all season, and I’m expecting him to pounce on a weak Los Angeles Rams rush defense.

The Rams have allowed 1,730 rushing yards against already — sixth-most among all teams. That translates to 144.2 yards per game and the fifth-worst mark in the NFL.

L.A. has looked especially bad against the rush over the last couple of weeks, allowing a combined 457 rushing yards in their last two games, including 255 yards from Philadelphia’s Saquon Barkley in Week 12.

Cook has already developed into one of the better backs in the NFL during his third season, ranking 19th in rushing yards per game (63.9) and tied for fourth in rushing TDs (11). He has cashed the Over on rushing yards in three of his last five games.

Prop bet #2: Josh Allen Over 1.5 passing touchdowns

-128 at BetMGM

Josh Allen put up quite the memorable performance against the 49ers in Week 13, becoming the first quarterback in NFL history to achieve a passing, rushing, and receiving touchdown in the same game.

The Bills pivot had to be a little more creative to get the job done during a snowy night in Buffalo, but this Sunday’s game calls for much nicer playing conditions and likely a couple of passing touchdowns, per my Bills vs. Rams predictions.

The NFL MVP frontrunner has thrown multiple touchdowns in five of his last seven games and should be able to feast on a Rams defense that’s been highly susceptible in the air. The Rams have surrendered 20 passing touchdowns compared to just 10 on the ground.

Allen is also averaging 1.7 passing touchdowns over his last 10 games and has cashed the Over on passing TDs in six of his last 10.

Prop bet #3: Kyren Williams 75+ rushing yards

-115 at BetMGM

Kyren Williams has been one of the NFL’s most productive backs this season, sitting fifth in rushing yards (926) and seventh in yards per game (77.2). If the Rams are going to have any chance against the Bills, he’ll need to be a key part of the offense.

The Rams RB broke out last Sunday as he ran for a season-high 104 yards on 15 carries. Buffalo’s defense has been average against the run, allowing 121.9 rushing yards per game (18th in the league). However, they’ve been great at creating turnovers against opposing passing attacks, recording 13 interceptions (tied for 3rd).

I expect Rams QB Matthew Stafford to give Williams a few extra touches on Sunday. The Pro Bowler has averaged 85.1 rushing yards per game over his last 10 contests, including 75+ yards in seven of those outings.
