Giants vs Eagles Prop Bets: Lock It Up

The Giants are playing for pride and auditioning for next year vs. a disinterested Eagles squad in Week 18. Phil Naessens' NFL betting picks are calling for Drew Lock & Co. to put on a show on offense.

The New York Giants hope to close their season with a victory when they travel to Lincoln Financial Field to face the NFC East champion Philadelphia Eagles.

My Giants vs. Eagles prop picks for Week 18 expect New York quarterback Drew Lock to let it fly against a Philadelphia defense resting several key members on Sunday, January 5.

Giants vs Eagles props

Prop bet #1: Drew Lock Over 191.5 passing yards

-120 at BetMGM

Week 18 is the most challenging week to handicap, but I would gladly bet on New York Giants quarterback Drew Lock to throw over 191.5 passing yards.

The Giants aren’t playing for anything other than pride. Lock will be throwing against a makeshift Philadelphia Eagles lineup that will hardly resemble the top passing defense in the league.

Lock has been good since being inserted into the starting lineup. He’s cleared 192 passing yards in his previous three starts, and it appears he’ll also have a healthy Malik Nabers.

The Giants quarterback threw for 300+ passing with four scoring strikes in the Giants' 45-33 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. My NFL picks like him to have another big afternoon against a thin Eagles defense.

Prop bet #2: Tyrone Tracy Over 68.5 rushing + receiving yards

-115 at BetMGM

Giants rookie running back Tyrone Tracy has emerged as a solid running back and someone we need to keep our eye on next season.

That’s because Tracy has scampered for 738 rushing yards on 178 attempts. His 4.4 yards per carry has led to 31+ rushing yards or more in seven of his previous eight.

Tracy doesn’t only carry the rock, as he’s a trusted receiver out of the Giants backfield. The rookie running back hauled in 36 of his 51 targets for 277 yards this season on 7.7 yards per attempt with one touchdown.

My Giants vs. Eagles predictions expect Tracy to have himself a day. He’s cleared this combined rushing and receiving prop number in three of his last five games, and I like his chances of having a big game against the Eagles' reserves.

Prop bet #3: Wan’Dale Robinson Over 3.5 receptions

-130 at BetMGM

This is a juicy-priced prop, but Giants wideout Wan’Dale Robinson has become a strong Robin to Malik Nabers' Batman.

With opponents looking to shut Nabers down, and rightly so, Robinson has carved out a 29% target share across his last two games.

I expect the same trend to continue in Week 18 against the Eagles. I expect Philadelphia to try and shut down Nabers, and that’s where Robinson shines.

Robinson has 16 receptions across his last three games. A 29% target share with Lock expected to throw 30+ is 10. If Robinson gets 10 targets, and he likely will get near this, then Robinson should catch 4+ passes.
