Today’s NHL Props and Best Bets for 10-25: Josh Norris, Viktor Arvidsson & Sidney Crosby

Josh Inglis is calling for goals galore when the Oilers meet the Penguins tonight, and his NHL props have found a couple of valuable point prop opportunities in this game, including a +375 play featuring Viktor Arvidsson.

I'm showing off some linemate stacks today on a four-game Friday slate. Enjoy the stacks while they last as the books are likely to correct the pricing very soon. They have been wildly profitable of late and won Over 17 units alone last night.

These are some of my favorite NHL player props for Friday, October 25.

Today’s NHL prop picks and best bets

Prop bet #1: Josh Norris + Drake Batherson Over 0.5 points

+225 at bet365

We’re going fully stacked this Friday.

The Ottawa Senators play their second game of a three-game road trip in Vegas but this is a power play that you can set your watch to. Ottawa has the No. 2 PP at 41% and faces the Vegas Golden Knights' No. 21 penalty kill.

A lot of that production has come from the second-line pair of Josh Norris and Drake Batherson. The duo has pointed in three of the last four games and with five total PP points. The pair is paying +225 to each get a point today vs. the Golden Knights who might be undefeated at home, but have also not played great teams.

I’m not saying Ottawa is elite, but this offense should continue to find the back of the net and I love second lines on the road more than top lines as the former gets the easier matchup without the last change.

If you can't add player points of linemates, Norris at -105 for a point is the best route.

Prop bet #2: Viktor Arvidsson Over 0.5 power play points

+375 at bet365

The Edmonton Oilers have not gotten off to a great start to begin the year and the power play has also been bad, ranking 29th at 10.5%. Edmonton has blown up the units and that is giving value to Viktor Arvidsson, who jumps up into PP1 with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl.

He is paying +375 for a power-play point tonight vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins, who have the second-worst GAA at 4.25. There could be a lot of power-play opportunities on both sides as the Oilers have the worst PK in hockey at 55% and once one team scores on the PP, the make-up call is right around the corner.

The Arvidsson and Draisaitl stack is +135 at bet365 and is a strong stack but getting anyone on Edmonton’s PP1 at +375 is an easy grab for my NHL picks

Prop bet #3: Sidney Crosby + Bryan Rust Over 0.5 points

+115 at bet365

I'm not overthinking the last play here and that’s a Sidney Crosby + Bryan Rust o0.5 point stack at +115. It’s the game that projects for the most goals with a total of 6.5 at -120 to the Over.

I mentioned Edmonton has not been great to open the season and this game will feature two bottom-six teams in GAA this season. The Oilers are giving up 3,86 goals per game and have a brutal PK while the Pens are seeing an average of 7.63 total goals per game, which is the highest in hockey. This game could see a lot of goals.

Rust has points in just two of his six games since missing the first two games of the year, but two of those have come on the PP and the extra-man matchup today is elite.

One would think a McDavid-vs-Crosby game will amp up the Pittsburgh captain, which will only help Rust find the score sheet with Crosby. I really like points in this game.
