Jerami Grant scored 17 of his 34 points in the fourth quarter as the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Indiana Pacers 114-110 on Monday in Indianapolis.
Malcolm Brogdon scored 24 points against his former team, while Deandre Ayton had 22 points and 13 rebounds for Portland. Scoot Henderson had 13 points and Shaedon Sharpe chipped in 11.
Tyrese Haliburton led Indiana with 33 points and nine assists. Myles Turner, Bennedict Mathurin and Bruce Brown each added 11 points for Indiana, which trailed 109-106 after Aaron Nesmith hit a 3-pointer with 1:53 left.
Grant responded on the Blazers' next possession with a driving layup.
Portland led by six with 38 seconds remaining before the Pacers scored four points in the next 10 seconds. The Blazers sealed their second win in their last 11 games after Brogdon scored with six seconds to play.
Indiana, which entered the game as the league's highest-scoring team at 128.8 points per game, shot 8-of-33 (24.2 percent) from 3-point range and committed 20 turnovers.
Portland shot 47.1 percent from the field and 9-of-18 (50 percent) from beyond the arc in a game that featured 10 ties and 13 lead changes.
Haliburton scored 12 points in the opening quarter to help put Indiana ahead 34-30 after both teams shot over 52 percent from the field. Ayton had 12 points for the Blazers.
Haliburton had 20 points at the half, but the Pacers trailed 65-60 at the break after Portland rookie Toumani Camara hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer.
The Blazers shot 7-of-11 (63.6 percent) from beyond the arc in the first half and committed just four turnovers. Brogdon scored 15 points and Ayton had 14.
Indiana entered the final period tied at 83-83 after holding the Blazers to seven field goals and 18 points in the third quarter.
Portland, which blew a 26-point lead in a 108-102 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, outscored the Pacers 31-27 in the fourth quarter.
Indiana forward Jalen Smith had nine points and five rebounds before exiting the game late in the third quarter with a left heel contusion.
