Filip Petrusev scored 27 points to help No. 3 Gonzaga post an 86-76 victory over Saint Mary's on Saturday night in West Coast Conference action in Spokane, Wash.
Corey Kispert made 4 of 5 3-point attempts while adding 20 points as the Bulldogs (29-2, 15-1 WCC) stretched their national-best homecourt winning streak to 39 games.
Killian Tillie registered 13 points and Joel Ayayi added 12 points and eight rebounds in the regular-season finale for both teams. Gonzaga has won 17 of the past 21 meetings.
Jordan Ford scored 28 points for Saint Mary's (24-7, 11-5), which had a four-game winning streak halted. Malik Fitts added 15 points and Tanner Krebs had 10 for the Gaels.
Gonzaga held a 31-23 rebounding advantage and shot 59.3 percent from the field, including 7 of 13 from 3-point range. The Bulldogs shot 67.9 percent from the field in the first meeting with the Gaels when they won 90-60 on Feb. 8
Saint Mary's shot 49.2 percent from the floor in the rematch and was 6 of 19 from behind the arc.
Gonzaga led by 12 after Ryan Woolridge's layup with 6:12 remaining. But the Gaels began a move with Ford scoring five points during a 7-0 run to move within 73-68 with 4:42 left.
Saint Mary's again moved within five with 3:00 left, but Ayayi connected on a 3-pointer and Petrusev converted a putback to make it 82-72 with 1:07 left.
The score was tied at 42 before Kispert scored eight points during a 10-0 run. He drained two 3-pointers and scored on a layup as the Bulldogs opened up a 52-42 lead with 13:21 left.
The Gaels moved within six a short time later before Gonzaga went on an 8-2 spurt with Ayayi's putback making it 60-48 with 9:33 left.
Ford halted the momentum with a three-point play but Petrusev scored the next five points to push the Bulldogs' advantage to 65-51 with 8:28 remaining.
Ford scored 12 points for Saint Mary's and Petrusev had 10 for Gonzaga as the score was tied at 34 at halftime.
