Jordan Pope made five 3-pointers and scored 19 points as Oregon State emerged with a 60-52 win over Colorado on Saturday in Corvallis, Ore.
Glenn Taylor Jr. had 14 points and 12 rebounds for Oregon State (9-13, 3-8 Pac-12), which trailed by one at the half. The Beavers have won two of three following a six-game losing streak.
Tristan da Silva led Colorado (12-11, 4-8) with 22 points and a career-high 15 rebounds, while J'Vonne Hadley added 11 points. The Buffaloes shot 35 percent from the field and 7 of 24 (29.2 percent) from 3-point range.
Oregon State led 56-49 before Colorado pulled with four on da Silva's 3-pointer with 48 seconds left. The Beavers were held without a field goal in the final five minutes but made 4 of 6 foul shots in the last 30 seconds to secure the victory.
Colorado bolted to a 17-10 lead midway through the first half before Oregon State responded with a 12-5 run.
The Buffaloes carried a 26-25 lead into intermission despite missing seven of their last eight field-goal attempts. Oregon State was held to 33 percent shooting in the first half.
Both teams struggled out of the break before Pope caught fire midway through the second half. Oregon State moved ahead 45-36 after the reigning Pac-12 Freshman of the Week hit four 3-pointers during a 14-2 run.
Colorado battled back and cut the deficit to 53-49 on da Silva's layup with 3:28 remaining.
Oregon State scored 15 points off 13 Colorado turnovers and avenged a 62-42 loss to the Buffaloes on Jan. 7.
Colorado has struggled away from Boulder this season, earning just one win in its first seven true road games.
Buffaloes guard KJ Simpson, who entered the game averaging a team-high 16.9 points, was held to four points on 1-of-13 shooting.
