2025 Final Four favorites

Duke Blue Devils (-110)

The Duke Blue Devils have only really been tested once in the 2025 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. Duke beat Arizona, 100-93, in the Sweet 16 and showed it had another gear by letting stud freshman Cooper Flagg take over a game. Flagg finished with 30 points and had 7 assists in the Blue Devils' win. Flagg and the Blue Devils then coasted to an 85-65 win over Alabama in the Elite 8.

Florida Gators (+300)

It is going to take one monumental haymaker to knock the Florida Gators out of this tournament. Florida came from behind to beat UConn on March 23 and then staged an all-time late-minute comeback to beat Texas Tech in the Elite 8. The Gators trailed Texas Tech, 75-66, with less than three minutes to play but still found a way to advance to the Final Four.

Houston Cougars (+450)

The Houston Cougars were a top 2 defense entering the tournament and that was on display in the first round as it held SIU Edwardsville to just 40 points. Houston had another standout defensive performance against Tennessee in the Elite 8, as it held the Vols to just 50 points.

Auburn Tigers (+550)

The Auburn Tigers posted three straight double-digit wins to open their tournament run. Auburn then topped Michigan State, 70-64, in the Elite 8 round to reach the Sweet 16. Johni Broome saved his best tournament game for the Spartans as he pumped in 25 points and grabbed a whopping 14 rebounds.
