- The official bracket was released on March 17, 2024.
- The Final Four for 2024 is set to be played at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
- The First Four play-in games were played on March 19 and 20, 2024.
- Bracket submissions were due before the first game of Round 1 on Thursday, March 21, 2024. This usually occurs around Noon ET, with the official game schedule released during the Selection Sunday show.
- The first weekend (Rounds 1 and 2) runs from Thursday, March 21 - Sunday, March 24, 2024.
- The second weekend (Sweet 16 and Elite Eight) runs from Thursday, March 23 - Sunday, March 26.
- The Final Four and national championship game will be held on April 1 and April 4, respectively.
