Stampeders 35, Tiger-Cats 11: Quarterback Kevin Glenn threw three touchdowns and quarterback Drew Tate ran for another as visiting Calgary scored 17 points off turnovers in the first half to sweep its season series against Hamilton.

Glenn connected with wide receivers Jabari Arthur for two touchdowns and Maurice Price for another and finished 17-for-26 passing for 238 yards for the West Division leading Stampeders (10-3), who improved to 6-1 against East Division opponents. Defensive backs Jamar Wall and Eric Fraser and defensive lineman Micah Johnson all intercepted Tiger-Cats quarterback Henry Burris.

Burris was pulled in the third quarter after completing just 13-of-24 passes and backup Dan LeFevour rushed for a 1-yard score for Hamilton (6-7), which failed to gain ground on the division-leading Toronto Argonauts. Wide receiver Luke Tasker, son of former NFL standout Steve, caught four passes for 53 yards in his CFL debut.

Glenn found Arthur for 52 yards three plays after Johnson’s interception to give Calgary a 7-1 lead early in the second quarter. Glenn found Price for a 42-yard touchdown 1:52 later on the first play following Fraser’s pick, and Wall’s interception led to a 43-yard field goal by Rene Paredes late in the first half.

LeFevour was 9-for-17 passing and orchestrated a 64-yard scoring drive to end the third quarter, but Arthur caught a 35-yard pass for his second touchdown two minutes into the fourth to re-establish Calgary’s 23-point advantage. Stampeders defensive back Derrius Brooks picked off LeFevour with 10:12 remaining and Wall caught his second pick of the night with three minutes left.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Burris entered the game with 12 interceptions after throwing 18 last year. He threw 20 picks in 2010 and a career-high 25 in 2000 - his first year as starter with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. … Hamilton RB C.J.
