While fans and the press can't get enough of Caitlin Clark, some other stars in the WNBA have taken umbrage at the amount of attention she's drawn. Tensions boiled over on Saturday when Chennedy Carter of the Chicago Sky bodychecked Clark in the third quarter, which drew a whistle but not a flagrant foul. The league eventually upgraded the foul to a Flagrant 1 but did not fine or suspend Carter.

The situation at a glance
Caitlin Clark's rivalry with Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky was well-documented in their college days, but the bad blood has seemingly spilled over and spread to the pros.
The Sky's Chennedy Carter refused to answer any questions regarding Clark in the aftermath of Saturday's game, but Carter and Reese spoke with reporters after a practice session on Monday, where Carter says she has "no regrets" about the situation.
Chennedy Carter and Angel Reese chose to speak with media together following practice:

Reese, who was seen cheering on the sidelines after the foul on Clark occurred, said of the negative attention, "Yeah, negative things have probably been said about me. But honestly, I'll take that, because look at where women's basketball is. … I'll take that role. I'll take the bad guy role and I'll continue to take that on."
Clark has attempted to take the high road, telling reporters, "I wasn’t expecting that [foul], but it’s just, 'Respond, calm down and let your play do the talking.' It is what it is."

Games missed and league enforcement make the Under an appealing pick
Clark has drawn the third-most personal fouls in the WNBA with 46 through 11 games, or nearly 4.2 fouls per game. The Indiana Fever still have 29 games to play, and if this rate holds, Clark will draw 168 personal fouls by year's end.
However, there's no minimum game provision in this market, meaning if Clark misses significant time due to injury, Under bettors would still get paid off. Clark was an iron woman at Iowa but had already left a game for injury treatment in the comparatively rough-and-tumble WNBA before incurring an ear injury on Sunday.
This fact, combined with the WNBA issuing some discipline for the unnecessary Carter foul, makes the Under appealing. Opponents could be a little gun shy about playing rough with Clark as the season goes on.
Pick: Caitlin Clark Under 159.5 personal fouls drawn (-115)
