A Prime Forrest would win easy but thats the problem..What Forrest shows up tonight? And that old arm injury flares up again then what? The Old Forrest would have the skills size and strength to win easy but the this version? Will see

I took Baldomir +600 on the KO/TKO. Forrest got a gift vs. Quartey. That shoulder is shot. Forrest is not the same fighter. BOL.......

As long as Forrest's shoulder holds up I think he should be able to control the distance against Baldomir with his jab and outclass him over the distance. Definitely won't be an early night here. Both guys are a weight class above their optimal weight and Baldo's head is like an anvil.

Fight went to the script I thought it would, although I was a couple of points off at 116-112. Forrest looked injury free and very fresh for 36. Looks like he still has 2 solid years in the tank. I hope that you guys see why I was stressing Forrest bettors to instead of laying 2-1 on him take him at + odds by decision; Baldomir's noggin is made of concrete.

Should be a busy week next weekend, I'm not getting that rip off Morales-Diaz PPV and frankly I don't know who would when you have Vasquez-Marquez II on Showtime.

Agreed. That's why Fullbrights and I were jocking the Forrest by decision as the only logical outcome of this fight. Taking Forrest at -200 didn't have value because there was no way Forrest was knocking Baldy out. Got 2.2 units on that prop, which brought me back into the postive after last night's disaster on the berto under...Won't be buying the Diaz-Morales PPV since I'll be there in the stands. Lots of money to be made on one of those fighters...

Congrats to all of the Forrest backers. I have to disagree that Forrest -200 did not have value because not everyone has access to all of the props that you guys post. In fact, try finding half of the props that are posted on here in any Vegas book...it just won't happen.

Looking through the thread I don't see where you were jocking Forrest by decision. I remember reading that you were thinking of playing Baldy by KO or not playing the fight at all. Tough break on your Berto under last night, Cosme was tough.

Have a good time at the fight next week. It should be a good atmosphere in Chicago being Diaz's hometown. Plus, Top Rank has been going the extra mile of late on their live cards and have amped up their production.

Yeah Boxeo, if you don't have the option of course you can't do it. I was saying it made the most sense if you did have access to props and were going to play Forrest.

Now THAT was a good fight.

great skill by Forrest feints and double lefts and just great boxing all nigh by him.

he hit Baldomir with some bombs.

I think he can beat upper tier guys if he is healthy

Thanks, Fullbrights. I'm already getting excited...And you're right, I actually didn't make my decision on the forrest-baldomir fight until today. But i think i did post that a forrest decision was the logical outcome. And I did throw 2.2 units on it, so I'm happy regardless.

You sure did help me out quite a bit with your answers to my questions regarding the online world post-betting ban. The only other issue I have with online betting is the very low limits they place on fight wagers. However, that is an easy fix if I just bet the limits they allow online and lay the rest at a local book.

Hopefully I will get my online account in order and have another option for fight nights. I really appreciate all your help, congrats on the win tonight!

I have a feeling you lay a little more wood then me, but even heavier players can survive online with 3-4 books at their disposal. You mostly have $500 limits across the board, but of course for the larger fights you can get more action down the day of.

I know 5Dimes puts out some weird opening numbers, but this $100 futures limit they have now is rediculous.

If you need any more help just let me know. I wish that I had Vegas books as an option as you do.
