I think Pacman will fight well beyond two more fights.  I have read before that he is terrible with money, and goes through it like water.  Not in a bad way, but he has a huge entourage and gives away so much.  People close to him have predicted that he will need to continue to fight for a long time, just for the money.

I'm sure almost everyone heard this, but just in case, the Rugged Man really gave it to Floyd on the radio:

    Part 1    Part 2

Does anyone follow Mosley and Berto on Twitter?  Those two were going back and forth on there.  Here are a few of their snipings from the past week:

@AndreBerto Yo man, I told you, you have the fight Jan 30th. As long as you have signed the contract, we r good! May and Cotto have to wait

@Shane_Mosley all iam doing is hearing u Shane my team hasn't seen a contract so stop with all that big boy talk its not u!!

@AndreBerto Im a man who keeps his word so in the ring, you and me Jan 30th. Lets get the contract signed man!

@Shane_Mosley just tell Richard to send the paper work over so we can wrap this up DAMN!!!

U know what forget the paper work Tell Shane_Mosley to meet me in his backyard. No shirt no gloves Kimbo Slice style. LET'S GO!!!!!

Konz and Roach have recently said they want to fight Marquez again (if Mayweather is unnegotiable) after Cotto. If I find the link I'll post it. That's a high profile tune-up fight if u ask me.

After Floyd's destruction of JMM, I cant see Pacquaio bothering with fighting him again.  What does he have to gain?  The luster of JMM was removed by Mayweather.

mack, I agree with you on Mannys apparent lack of focus,,spending his days offs working on his movie role,,lots of weather related training camp problems and already calling out Mayweather in advance seems a bit odd as well, got to get thru cotto first you know, I love pac man, but leaning Cotto at this point, nothing locked in just yet

I will be in Vegas next weekend the 13th thru the 16th. Gonna watch the fight. Last time I was at the pacman vs hatton, I bet Hatton to win by KO in rounds 2-6 and obviously lost bad... What is the pick for this fight??? I like betting the Underdog to win by KO in round 2-6 or so because of the heavy odds... Usually its around 20-1 or more...What do you think???

The odds are heavy because it rarely happens. Just use that money on a hooker there.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZb1O5iBFuk anyone else think Pacmans training looks like the first fight in the Rocky 3 movie?. Lot of razzmatazz but not enough training! He does not look as good as he did before Hatton. I'm sure of it...

No way Pacman knocks out Cotto!!!  However, the only way Cotto wins this fight is via knockout.  I think the more likely scenario is Pacman by decision.  Probably unanimous as everyone wants to see Pacman fight Mayweather.  Cotto's only chance is a knockout.  I don't see Pacman having the punching power at this weight to knock out Cotto.

Pacman hit Oscar for many rounds, with FLUSH the "Best Pac-Man lefts" and not once did Oscar Buckle.

He even commented, he is blazing fast but his punches didn't hurt.

I don't know how much Cotto has left he has been in some intense fights lately, Mosley, Maragrito, Clottey.

Meanwhile Pac-man has been riding the easy train, he has come a LONG ways from what he used to be. He used to be a warrior.

The last 3 fights, he hasn't taken a valid punch.

Remember Morales beat him easily in the first fight, the next two were a Morales who couldn't make weight. Marquez was the last two good fights pac-man has had and those wins are questionable.

I love pac-man for what he USED to bring to the sport, but his ego is too big.

How can anyone claim is he the 147 kingpin when he has only fought there ONCE against Oscar who looked as if he was on his deathbed dying of aids.

He has fought ONCE at each weight, 135,140,147 giving the ILLUSION he can easy jump weights (yes against hand picked opponents).

After the Oscar fight he said he will never fight above 140 again, really Manny what fight is this at?

At +400, Pacman by decision is the wager I have placed.  I'm more worried about Cotto being busted up and stopped via cuts than getting KO'd but at 4-1 odds it is a worthy wager.  I honestly could see ANYTHING happening in this fight, either guy winning by KO or DEC, but I feel the most logical result is Pac on pts behind his hand speed.

If Pacman knocks out Cotto, then Cotto should retire!  That can't happen!  Pacman by decision seems the logical choice.  Cotto could get a lucky KO though.

Locking these bets in as I think it could go one of two ways.

Fight going the distance +200    2 units

Pacman by decision +325 2 units

Cotto by KO, TKO, DQ +350 2 units

As long as pacman doesn't get a knockout which I can't see happening, this should be a profitable play.

Irish, you do realize Pac by stoppage is the most expected outcome (according to Vegas). -130 on that prop, by far the lowest odds of any of the outcome props.   Just sayin.

I understand this.  I'm just saying that I believe that to be the least likely outcome.  If I could place a bet that just said that Cotto won't get knocked out, I would put a huge bet on that.

Thats the same bet as Pacman to NOT win inside distance and you can bet that on 5Dimes.  Odds are -115 on that.
