Here are your answers: 1st: why does it matter to you?

2nd: it was going to count at 1st, but one guy said he couldnt get it in, so Nug thought to not count it.  However, the same guy later appeared as if he stated he did get it in, therefore nullifying the reason for not counting it in the first place.
