Well, I really hate that UIC wet the bed in the 2H tonight. They were down 1 at the half at 41-40 and end up losing by 12 to give us the push...but a push is not a good thing in this 7 point teaser as it gets counted as a loss.
That is the first push the MS1 has found and it comes at the 24 game selection point. Results for the night below...
Push = Loss and will be counted as such in the record. 4-1 on the night at an 80% winning rate...not where we want to be.
Overall MS1 system record now stands at 21-3. We are ahead in the loss column as our 3rd loss should have happened somewhere around the 30 win mark. Hopefully this bodes well for a huge win streak coming up soon.
One other interesting statistic. For those who play 4 point teasers, tonight was the first covering winner that did not cover the 4 point barrier. Delaware only covered by 3 points. So, that is the first loss for 4 point teaser selections giving it a 20-1 record (21 winners with only 1 not covering the 4 points). In the case of most 4 point teasers, a push = no play and demotes the teaser. For example, if you were playing a 4 team, 4 point teaser and hit on 4 points as the game point total difference, then your 4 teamer automatically becomes a 3 teamer for the purposes of grading and payoff.

On another note, I have been working on a new system for picking straight up games. Of course, if this system were combined with the MS1 to create teasers, it could be a huge boost to the winning percentage of the teaser selections.
Tonight, I actually forgot to post them as I was so hurried just trying to get the MS1 selections out before the games started.
Here is the first selections from the "Straight Game Selector" or SGS1.
Clemson +2.5..........score 53-45 with 2:50 to go in the 2H
These are looking to be 5-0 for the night. I am VERY excited about the possibilities of this new system...both in having it combine with the MS1 to increase winning % and as a stand alone system. I will start tracking it and putting out the plays independent of the MS1 as of tomorrow.

Hmm...I must be more tired from the events of the day than I thought. Totally misread that dang score...well, doesn't change the overall results as a PUSH = LOSS = OUTRIGHT LOSS.
Thanks for the correction though.

No problem man...thanks for all the hard work, look forward to tomorrow. That SGS1 with the underdogs in a moneyline parlay could make some money if you could figure out which ones are gonna win outright.......

Posting the SGS1 selections for tomorrow so if anyone wants to take a shot at them early they can. This will be the 2nd day for this system and it went 5-0 on Wednesday. Only 2 that meet the system criteria completely.
UT San Antonio +2.5
La Monroe +2
There are 6 other games that came very close to making the grade but just missed. I am posting them here for informational purposes only. These are NOT official SGS1 plays and this is VERY early in the system...that being said, I am interested in seeing how they do as a separate group since they were so close to being selections.
Drexel+2
Rice+5
Portland+4
Hawaii+5.5
UC Davis+11
UC Northridge+3.5
Of that group, Drexel, Rice and Northridge came the closest to being official picks but all of them were right near the selection cutoff.

With the SGS1 system picks, can you just apply the MS method and tease all the games? Would it be as accurate if you just ran the MS system? Thanks
These are two totally different systems. MS1 has a lot of back testing and today will be day 7 of its posted record while SGS1 has no back testing and is on day 2. So you can see how preliminary all of this is. We need 100 selections before either system can even begin to be considered as having some significant statistics in any real way.
All that being said, of course I would be looking to tease the numbers from the SGS1 just as I would the MS1 as it gives me some level of protection. However, my real goal is to find some way to integrate the systems at some point to increase the win percentage with both systems.
To answer your question directly, there is no way to know yet what the winning percentage will be of the SGS1. That is why I am advising caution in using the numbers until we start to get some idea of how it produces. But if you do choose to use them, using them in a teaser is a safer way of doing so.
Right now, these are stand alone, totally different systems. I want to make that very clear.

Glad to see Elon and UC Dav not meeting the grade so far .. UC Davis line really stinks and I'm pounding Cal Irvine when the line drops to - 10 or less ...
Good luck today !!!

Looking at the added games this morning and found some more that qualify for the SGS1 system. Here is the total list for the day now.
UTSA +2.5
La Monroe +2
Eastern Washington +1
Mt. St. Mary's MD +2.5
And the last one gets special mention here because it has huge differential quotient...more than 3x the others listed above...we will see if that is important going forward.
Colgate PK
MS1 system selections for the day out in a bit.

MS1 Selections are ready to go for Thursday which is Day 7 for the system. A total of 44 lined games to work with and a relatively high number of 7 official selections for the system today. As of this morning the system record is 21-3.
Houston +13
Pepperdine +9
Santa Clara +24
The Citadel +14
Furman +11.5
East Tennessee St. +9
IUPUI +8.5
I will, of course, be on the lookout for any selection that is DOUBLE LISTED in both the MS1 and SGS1 systems. Unfortunately, we do not have any that fit the system perfectly today. However, I do want to give special mention to the selections below because if they had been at HOME, they would have been DOUBLE SYSTEM SELECTIONS...
Colgate +7
Eastern Washington +8
UTSA +9.5
Mt.St. Mary's MD +9.5
The lines listed above are obviously for the 7 point teaser.
Colgate really stands out today as it was he closest one to being a 2 system selection and has that huge 3x differential quotient.

I know there is a lot of information in this thread and its easy to get a little confused at times or type something wrong. I'm trying my best to keep it as clear as possible.
Please remember that the SGS1 is a new system and I have not had time to do any back testing on it. I am putting it out for informational purposes only at this time.

I have limits on Colgate and Mount St. Marys. My max bet is only $100 where normally I can bet up to $2,000 a game.
Yes, these 2 games are reduced at my book as well and I am sure that some books won't even post them. Must be some games that they don't have a lot of statistics on and probably just want to limit their exposure since they could get taken advantage of.
Poor little books.
