Nropp any thoughts on this auburn Florida state game. If u look at the schedule auburn hasn't played anyone but yet they beat Florida state last year. I'm kinda scared if this Florida state offense. Any thoughts.

I haven't figured out Auburn for the better part of the last few years, but this is one of the few games where FSU will have an edge from an offensive perspective. Offense should look better, question you should be asking yourself is how is Auburn going to score.

Great point Neil.. I really don't know how Auburn will score, I would be very surprised if they hit 50. I wouldn't lay that many points with FSU, but will look at the under.

Frankie Sullivan is one of the tougher guards I've seen all year. If he's on, there's your offense. Kenny Gabriel is your prototypical SEC athlete; also capable of an offensive outburst.

I would point LaSalle, but not touching. It's a pretty big game for them.

As for the Memphis/Tenn total, I played the under in the first meeting this year and lost bad, so don't feel like going back to the well for a second time. I see value in it though. Teams have more time to prep than the first time they played and are more familiar with one another. I think Tennessee lays an egg here.

Against the best two defenses they've faced this year, they've had halves of 31, 28, 22, and 21. They both have to be on their game to put any points on the board as they don't really have another source of offense. Against the two best defenses Sullivan and Gabriel shot a combined 17/52, and in last year's meeting they shot 4/13. Auburn won this game last year, but they caught a FSU team coming off travel in a sandwich spot (win vs Baylor in tourney, look ahead to VTech).

On paper, it looks like FSU is struggling having lost two straight. But realistically, they lost at Florida (shared my thoughts on how I feel they're the best offense in the country), and then lost to Princeton (never beaten an IVY school EVER, and tough defense doesn't matter against princeton offenses). Probably a good spot for FSU to get back on track and contain Auburn's shooters. Defense works a ton better when you only have to defend 2 people, rather than 5 continuously making back cuts and popping out for a three.

Great call last night on W. Ill.

I'm going to Prov/Syr tonight. As a PC fan, I'm thinking this one could get ugly. Think Prov could some real issues w/ Syr size. Syr at 13.5 now. I'm I see it at 18-20. ur thoughts?

Sullivan is decent but one of the best you have seen all year? FSU has the athletes to contain a couple of players. Auburn doesn't shoot well enough to score on FSU. I see a 66-49 type game.
