And you're correct (as someone who also looks for many of the factors as Red outlined in his system).
To the poster who asked about Fresno, they don't fit. The line in that game has moved as you would expect it to--flipping from -1 to +1.5 with 73% of tickets and 66% of the money on SF (Action Network). I like that game, too, but not as a fit for Red's method.

Cap is absolutely correct, Fresno St was normal line movement. Siena fits. SMU techicnally fits but at 60% dont love it, also SMU has let me down more times than I can count. Heres my breakdown and thought process.
Siena - What I love is the Movement. 2pts is ALOT. Also the movement has been consistent. as have the %s, plenty of time til tip off so I'd keep an eye on the all those things to make sure they hold up. What I dont like is their homecourt % is ranked 233rd overall. If everything held up until about 40 mins til tip of this is very likely a play I'd post.

SMU - What I like; 1.5~ pts of movement. It seems the %s have maintained as well which is important. What i LOVE - homecourt advantage is 49th, this is huge IMO. What I dont love; I'd like a slightly higher % on Gerogia St, and It's SMU. Everyone has that one team that always lets them down, no matter how many times you play or give them chance after chance, well that team for me is SMU. But as far as the system goes - Everything says this is a good play.
Do with that what you will.

When we are looking at Vegas insider for the RLM, are you looking at the “side“ Column or the “money” column when looking at %
I’m not seeing SMU as a play, must not be looking at things correctly

Money column on VI is showing the % of tickets on the money line. Side is the column to reference.
I pay for an Action Network subscription (think it's $60 a year or something) for their data on % of tickets vs. % of money ($ wagered vs. ticket count) and have found it a worthwhile investment. I'd consider it a nice to have--and KenPom a need to have.

At first glance looks like jmu, ecu and Memphis all fit. Haven't done a ton of research but at surface level they look good.
I have had some success (usually NFL) with other sports but it does work with NBA as well. Usually best with college hoops (easiest sport to gamble imo)

I’m a jackass. Marshall is neutral site. Apologies if anyone saw my post and took the play under the impression it fit. Unless of course, it covers. In which case, you’re welcome for fooling you! Lol, cheers guys
