anybody can go on a run thats why fans like cinderella teams but put them in the big 12 they go 15-16, and you're crazy if you think he was or is better than redick and no im not a duke fan

I agree...Davidson and Curry are both for real.  Oklahoma is one of the best teams in the country and Davidson hung with them (lost by more than 2 because OU covered though) at the end...and that was on OU's home court.

Let me tell you....anybody who can get shots off consistently when they are the sole focus on a basketball team is for real.  The kid is something special....ask LeBron!

By that argument, Davidson should go .500 in non-conference play this year!  Look at their schedule buddy!

That is completely false. They lost to the Big 12's best team on the road by 2 and they would go 15-16?? Who are you??  And Curry is much better than Redick was as a Sophomore. Why so much hate for the guy just b/c he goes to Davidson

If you've watched curry you should know he is NOT a point guard.   The fact that richards isn't at the point this year and curry at the 2 hurts this team bad.  They will not contend against better teams imo.

its more of davidson being ranked that bothers me more than anything, its a joke however you want to put it they played oklahoma close but they still lost to the only good team they've played(NC state is an ok win by the way so yeah i have watched bball before) they're ranked #22........there are 22 teams not ranked better than them

Oklahoma overrated?  You don't watch much basketball obviously.

Davidson is one of the top 25 teams in the country.  Anybody who argues against that really doesn't know much about college hoops.

Not saying they are number one...not saying Curry is Kobe...just saying Davidson and Curry are pretty damn good!

Davidson is a sweet 16 team this year...you disagree?  That is all I am saying....they are top 25 and are going to the sweet 16.

just because Curry plays in a crap conference, it does not mean he is a crap player. Plenty of history proves that
Why don't we name a few NBA greats that played in crap conferences: Larry Bird (Indiana St), Bob Cousy (Holy Cross), Elgin Baylor (Seattle University), Karl Malone (Lou Tech)
Bill Russell (San Fran), Scottie Pippen (Central Ark)........ and next up, Stephen Curry (Davidson)
Those aren't just good players I named.... those are some of the greatest players EVER!!

and I neglected to mention, many of those NBA greats took their crappy teams on big runs in the NCAA tourney... kind of like what Curry did last year and kind of like what curry will do again this year

Just b/c a school has big name prospects doesnt mean they are going to be big name players. Plenty of McDonalds All-Americans turned out to be horrible in College, while some players had to develop and ended up being fantastic players. Do you work for scout.com or somethign??

larry bird bob cousy and bill russell................you should be banned from the internet for putting curry in there with them and i didnt say hes not good just said hes not as good in college and wont ever be as good as redick, davidson is a small school overrated team and there conference is a joke and they shouldnt be ranked i dont care if they do talk about curry all day on sportscenter davidson is a fluke joke cinderella team who happens to have a good player

CURRY'S Game is the closet thing to Holy Water that I have ever seen in my life.....Smooth.  The kid has "IT"....what ever "IT" is...
and if you are a non-believer then you will see tonight.

I'm from Charlotte, NC and Davidson is right outside of Charlotte.  Ive seen this kid grow up.  I remember when his dad played for the hornets and he use to bring him in the barber shop he constantly had a basket ball with him.  He's a natural stroker from anywhere on the court and I dont know who he will play for in the NBA, but if Mugsy Bogues can play......change that if Shaun Bradley can play in the NBA Curry surley can.  This is was the NCAAB Tourney is all about.  Being able to see kids that can shoot the rock who you never knew about until they blow you Georgetown ticket with the last minute deep ball then you are in the forum doing this  

hahahahahahaha.  Some of you guys kill me and half the time I dont think you know anything about sports by some of the things that get typed in here.

If Curry just so happens to read this on his iPhone or something...Hey CURRY KEEP SHOOTING BABY somebody is going to cut you a check  one day for that sweet j you have.
