Like it or not Duke plays great defense. Against Georgetown they drew a number of obvious charges. If you are going up for a layup and take off from anywhere outside from a few feet away you better be damn sure a defender doesn't have time to slide over because Duke will draw the charge everytime.

Strictly speaking from a homer's POV (no pun intended vis a vis your avatar), if Duke winds up having to have Paulus guard Teague for most of the night, then Wake wins by 20.
That will mean that Nolan Smith is hurt / fouled out / completely ineffective.
I, too, think this line is fishy as the home team has dominated this series for this whole decade. For Duke, lately it's been all about Gerald Henderson. If he plays like he did against G-town, then I think Wake will accumulate a lot of fouls and not be able to get out and run off of misses like they want to.
For Wake it is about transition offense - Duke's bigs cannot match up with Wake's in transition and if Singler winds up in foul trouble trying to run with these guys, then light's out.
Simply put - if Duke is making shots, then that helps their defense out a lot.
GLTA - I might sit this one out or tease Wake with G'town.

Only thing that I have to say about that is that that game was at Puke....I know they will get those calls but not as much as they would in Cameron
