I'll go small on 2H over 27'... Wazzu / Stache should move it.. .Iowa State av 7' / play + great 2H team.. .
  if you don't already have ISU. ..that 2H - 1/2 or whatever. ..not bad

no show by Purdue? ... Flaky Aub showing up big in crap bowl? .. ..surprised the S outta me

Bama (should)......be smarter than Tom Herman / Texas....run the ball / control the clock > LIMIT OU possessions
     * Herman outscored OU the 1st time somehow then tried to do it AGAIN

OU run D ain't TOO bad.....their pass D is horrible
  * I would be SHOCKED if this turns into a shootout.....looking to play OU TT under....prolly wait until almost game time....

KEY:  OU offense is BAD AZZ sure.....but they played against really weak D's .....or teams with no BALANCE.....Texas can move it some....their D is solid / not great and they gave 'em all kinds of problems

I agree on the strategy....   but OU is so bad and Bama so good I think even if Bama wants to possess the ball they are still gonna have multiple 2 minute scoring drives.

There's the man !  I agree with your take on the Bama game. But, you never know. Sabin will definitely have that healthy defense ready to go. Heisman trophy winners  typically struggle in bowl games. Although, Murray is a special player.

Still though, Bama can win shootout or ball control game. Backup QB Hurd may see significant time and if he does Sooners will struggle containing the run game. Enjoy the game, BA Should be a fun game to watch.

Friggin push on the 1st half total. Riley going for it early on 4th and 4 at the 50 killed that wager. As luck would have it though, Bama false starts on the last drive saved the push.

2nd half Bama -7 (105) Total O38 ( -115 )

Bama's outscore 'em philosophy almost them the game....most importantly?......cost me the cover ha.....small bet

 Their old way.....IMPOSING THEIR WILL...on opposing D.....takes the spirit outta the other team......then doing a boa constrictor thing 2H  
     * then if your D can't stop 'em?......you STILL can outscore 'em.....esp now since the other D is worn out

  * hit 22 of last 29 one unit plays.....32 of 48 smaller

Last 4 years in bowls (counting TY).....one unit plays are 34-13 (72%)

Probably staying away from remaining games....
  * will add to Aggies in-game heavily.....might add to NW.....esp if Ute QB can't go.....might hedge Ducks if Sparty looks MUCH better than they have.....might just do that.....maybe add Miss St in-game.....LSU as well....here is where UCF (should)  miss MM.....will be rooting like crazy for Wash.....might add to Horns at 14....if BAC can stay below coma inducing levels

You like the ducks?   Sparty not good this year but their D should be to much for ducks. 

 

Any my last minute thoughts on Stan/Pitt?  Like Narduzzis familiarity with Stanford beating them in Rose Bowl a few years ago. Pitts DC was also on the NW  when they upset Stanford opening week 2015 as a 10 point dog....good value on Pitt coming off the Clemson beatdown IMO.  Good luck BA. Was down in NO for Sugar Bowl 2012 when we beat VT

I'll bite, BA. Utah overall speed dominated 1st half. Maybe, NW makes some adjustments on D and plays with more passion.
