I actually think BC can more than hang with Nevada. I think Nevadas laying 7 is still a ton of points for a non-AQ conference team to be laying when they have only won one big-game. Not only that but keep in mind if not for Boise's kicker Nevada would have lost that game as well. Does anyone doubt that if Nevada doesn't beat Boise this game is PK? BC's defense has been great in the last month and they are also much bigger on the lines.
This spread also screams trap-game. Nevada is a much sexier team to bet than BC, yet aside from Boise they have beaten no one. I would be absolutely shocked if Nevada put up 30+ in this game. I think BC wins a close one and the under is gold.

BC played Weber State, Kent State, Notre Dame, Syracuse out of conference. Lost only to Notre Dame. Best offense they played put up 44 points on them. Nevada will be the best team they have played since the fifth game of their season. I got mocked before all through this thread. But here is the truth. Hope you all enjoyed your winner on Middle Tenn State last night I had Miami(OH) as stated before. Hope you Enjoy your BC pick.....BOL

Incorrect. Dont let their record fool you. Their record is directly deprived from their conference. Florida State, Maryland, Clemson - all teams that would shit on Nevada.

I'm from the boston area, and i have seen a decent amount of bc games this year. Their offense is terrible, i can't see them scoring more than 14 points this game. Their defense is going to key for them to stay in this game. However, I have seen 2 games that Nevada has played and their offense is explosive. This game could get out of hand quick, with the spread just being 7 1/2 right now. I am going to take Nevada all day. BC offense will not be on the field long enough to have this game close. I agree with most of the guys on this thread, i say score is 35-14 gl

BC played 1 team that was ranked in the top 40 on offense (NC St at #39)... that team scored 44 against them... BC was able to muster a whopping 23 points against Wake Forest (103rd ranked defense) and 21 against Duke (109th ranked defense)... so one can't really use the argument that BC's offensive numbers are simply a result of playing a bunch of great defenses... and for comparison, Wake surrendered scores of 48 (Duke), 68 (Stanford), 52 (VT) and 62 (Maryland), among others...
i don't understand the argument of using Nevada's schedule against them, when they played the best team that either BC or Nevada faced, and beat them... not to mention Nevada put up 52 on a Cal team that held Oregon to 15 points, and would undoubtedly beat the tar out of BC...
i wouldn't want to talk anybody out of a bet on BC, but i would certainly hate to see anyone get scared off of Nevada based on some of the arguments we've seen here...
Nevada beat Cal, Boise and BYU... that's easily more impressive than BCs "quality wins" against Clemson and Syracuse...
