what's going to haunt them is Kyle Whittingham's ridiculous clock management (or lack thereof) at the end of the half... how could he not see that he needed to run out the clock there?  that stuff never fails to boggle my mind...

However this ends, it will be covers bedlam.  Everyone that bet on Boise will say how they should have scored more points, and everyone on Utah will say the same thing.

Everyone will forget the other teams missed chances, and only point to their own.

Get ready.....

Totally agree - his decision to throw the screen on 2nd down cost them the TD.  Boise only scored because of that play.

Wow, you pretty much are playing the mediator since you are telling everyone how each side will respond. Not sure what that brings to the table other than telling both sides "I told you so" ??

not exactly the best post i've ever seen from you, Gilberto... assuming you watched the game, i would think you would realize that Van's comment was accurate... it was a game of missed opportunities on both ends, and with what we know of this site, whoever was going to win this game would be saying "i told ya so"... which they are... and whoever lost would be saying "woulda coulda shoulda"... which they are...

and in response to your last comment... if you had read anything else on the thread, you would have seen that he clearly had a play on Utah (+17)...

hawaii closes my parlay but i have them money line to win alot of christmas money is that safe or does tulsa have chance dont really know about neither just took hawaii and boise for fun to pump my ticket up should i bet against my ticket i know theres a word for it but im learning

Had Boise-but god damn-that is a completely different game if Utah's wideouts could hang on to a freaking ball. I am honest, I had Boise Big and was very confident, but I was never sure the enitre game-even after the gatorade shower! I remember going to bed last night, thinking I got all the bounces and breaks last night.

I WILL TAKE IT!

nice to see someone who is honest and intelligent around here... two dropped passes (one very easy one) on that last real drive killed us Utah backers...

trugameone... i don't think Tulsa has much of a chance of winning... not a great chance of covering, either... CUSA was really bad this year... Hawaii should give them a pretty good smacking...

IMO the only way it impacts the game is by slowing down Navy's rushing attack... you would think Navy would be better off in the water... well NOT SO FAST my friend!

Navy is great at what they do, but the SD St defense is solid, and their offense moves the ball FAST.  Sometimes teams like Navy frustrate them by keeping the offense off the field for a long time, but I think SD St's defense will make a lot of stops, making it a very long night for the Midshipmen.

Gil, nice of you to say, but your comments were fine...Non bashing...I have been around here for awhile..TRUST ME, MANSACK has heard WAY worse than this...This shit doesnt even register on his radar...THE SACK has thick skin from dealing with all the douche-bags on the site for years!

I was all over Boise last night.  Got the cover 1st half, and a tease to the under, plus the second half.

That being said......I should have lost everything!  I never saw so many easy passes dropped by one team in one night.  Thank you UTAH for putting butter on your fingers for the game.baby

That's a good reason to tail someone....because they got last night's pick right. After all, he's 1-0 in his last 1 right? 100% Anyone who got last night's game right is clearly way better than someone who's been winning at 55-60% for years.

It was a very strange game, and that is actually what I was hoping for.  I used the term variance earlier, and that game had a lot of variance - on both sides.  That makes 2 bowl games in a row that were tough and strange.

Anyway, congrats on the win.
