RJ, what's up bro, how was the summer?

Flying under the radar a little is I believe the Over 52 in the Pitt game. With Pitt transitioning to a new Defense, the Bulls will score some points, and with Pitts new offense, they hope to get off 70-80 snaps a game, I am seeing a 42-21, type of game. Also like the Bulls getting 30, can't see Pitt winning by that margin with all the changes.

RJ,

Kind of surprised you backing Baylor out of the gate given how much you made fading them vs. Illinois in the bowl game. I mean, you were dead on regarding Illinois running all over that Baylor D. How do you see this TCU / Baylor game being any different on the line of scrimmage?

Not surprising is you backing home dogs. Kind of surprised out of the 6-7 home dogs you choose these instead of say, Ole Miss or UGA (not in Athens but still basically a home game). What other lines do you think are inflated by a TD? South Florida line seems inflated by 5 or so at first glance.

Bama - I dont think a WR is an integral part of a gameplan and while we are talking about a hell of an athlete, I dont think its that big of a deal. You come with a laundry list of good points and I dont have a good argument against any of them. I just love this spot for Baylor. That bowl game last year was a real awakening for a team that started to feel itself a little bit.

About that Baylor/Okie State game, it was the week after Baylor beat Texas, in Texas. That was a huge game for that team and probably the biggest win ever for Baylor. They came out flat, fell behind and it was over at the half - I cant blame them for that. Young kids are ruled by emotion and I have to say they were so high that just about anyone couldve taken them off their cloud.

CB - Whats up man?!?! Good to see you. Summer was great for me, hoping you can say the same.

Ill take a look at that Pitt game. For some reason was thinking they could cover...idk.

Dime - I have no problem betting on a team one week and fading them the next. Let alone another season. I mean, I can think of Northwestern last year, there were a few occasions I bet on them one week and against the week after to extremely positive results.

I dont really see this game being much different on the LOS, really. I just find Baylor to be in a spot that is a must-bet. Baylor should be improved, they return a few starters and are pretty damn big all across. But TCU is no slouches and they are going to be able to move the ball with the run - I just think that Baylor should force them to beat them with the pass. If this kid wants to come out and make a road start in, what should be, a hostile environment and outdo RGIII and co, I owe him my damn money. With all that said, the loss of Hughes is huge as he was a guy you double-teamed and I just dont think TCU has that player on their defense this year.

This is just a statement game for Baylor. Last year was no fluke. They are moving in the right direction and getting better talent. Griffin is in his 3rd year in Briles system and the kid should be real comfortable. This is a huge game for this team and this program and they get a Friday night on National TV to show they are worthy. This is what teams are made of. This is football. If they dont show up they are worthless.

There are some other lines I think are silly and games I will be playing, they will be posted. Just starting to look things over, though. I dont 'cap' all summer. I have a few games I circled after I look at the schedule, but I try to take my summer for myself. I am a bit behind you all.
