Hey guys,

Every year I do a lengthy breakdown of every team and what to expect. As most years it seems to pretty accurate, not everything, but overall a decent " what to expect". This year I wont be doing every team....only the ones you request.

I will be doing conference predictions as usual in this thread.


So fire away about what team or just anything in general....

   Boom,although I disagree with some of ur opinions I certainly dont dispute ur always a good read..Id like to hear what u think of Kiffin@USC- toast or more like the 2011 squad.Word is the team last year turned on him.To be honest with u Im not on top of my game until I read Phil Steele college edition twice  cover to cover.Im a little surprised u think Johnny Football was more of 'gimmick' than a stud.Did u see that last 6 game stretch of 2012 season.?.maybe the best Ive ever seen.Id like to hear ur expanded version on why TexasA&M & Florida will fail and why ur are so high on the Irish who I actually agree with .Okla St andTCU..of course all the Bammers are saying this is Saban's best team he is ever had.I dont think they 3 peat just for the fact they have had a horeshoe in their behind with other teams losing.With that being said I do think they were the best team in the nation the last 2 years  and they have to be the favorite coming into 2013 season.Boom,what do u think about Urban year 2 with Braxton @ Qb...deep down u know this is the best team Clemson has had coming into the season..I think Im just gonna pay the juice and take Clemson on moneyline  vs Ga which will be prob 140 by Sept1st..OFF the subject Do u think it was a good move for Chip Kelly going to Philly and who do u think will be his leading passer in his 2013 rookie coaching debut..Vick,Barkley or 2nd yr kid from Arizona? U usually beat up on Auburn..they ll win at least 8 games..Im always optimistic.Keep it coming Boom.

boom i hate to be an a$$hole but i gotta call you on the carpet you DO NOT do every team every conference. What you should've said is i break down bcs conferences/bcs conference teams. there is 1 guy on covers who breaks down every conference,every team and that is me.

Again there is no one who predicts all 125 d-1 teams on here except me

Auburn...maybe, maybe not. They play on a very difficult side of a conference. Auburn IMO, is still a year or 2 away.

Oklahoma....takes a step back I think.

Vandy...take a step back I think.

S. cal.... takes a step back even further. It's funny. I warned everyone about Kiffen even before he was at Tenn.... What a POS

I dont think Johnny football is a gimmick But the people who thinks he is a NFL QB doesnt simply understand what NFL talent looks like. Yeah, great athlete. Not a NFL QB. I know people will say, well Boom you liked RG3 and QB's like that... Yeah I do, but there is a HUGE height difference there.

Packers for several years I did a very extensive breakdown of every team in the  6 major conferences. Sorry I didnt  breakdown Little Johnnys Boy Club College for ya.

And trust me, our breakdowns arent even on the same level...

1st off boom unlike most people i live in a world where every team matters. there is more to college football than the 6 major conferences

2nd off you better start treating me with a tad of respect. Quit acting like everyone on this site in your eyes is a double a ball player trying to make it in the show. I think boom i know what i'm talking about

LonghornHoosier - I'm a little surprised you didn't list Texas as an overachiever - they've got everyone back.  Is it because you believe expectations will be extremely high, or do you think Mack will find a way to step on his dong with this team yet again?

Boom - Do you have any opinions on Stanford in terms of expectation vs performance?  They lost a tremendous RB and TE, but the defense returns intact and they have a good, smart QB. IMO they were playing as good of football as any team in the country not named Alabama by the end of last season. Do they keep it rolling or take a step back?

Finally, you got to give a take on the Oregon Ducks.  Will Chip leaving disrupt what's going on, or does Helfrich take Mariota, D'Anthony and 4 returning OL starters and keep the quack attack going from where they left off?  Thanks ....

Oh yeah - and Baylor.  Talk about the light bulb going on and a team putting it together in the month of November.  Baylor was playing lights out at the end of last season.  They return a decent amount of talent but do lose their QB.  Do they pick up where they left off or regroup?  Why or why not? 

Finally, Wisconsin - how do you see the Badgers this year?  I know you were high on them beginning of last year, they stumbled early (and inexplicably in my mind), but make no mistake, by the end of last year the Wisconsin team that destroyed Nebraska in the B12 title game and gave Stanford all they could handle in the Rose Bowl was a fine, fine football team.  Top 10 in terms of how they were playing.  The return a lot of guys including the QB.  New coach.  Good coach.  Does he tinker with their offense much?  How do you see Wisco in 2013?  thanks again...

I think Oregon will still be Oregon... but with not so much of the edge.

Stanford is the real deal. Always has been. I think the only thing that separates them from Bama is depth But yes, they are among the best coming into the year
