Jimmy do you parlay all your best bets with your regular bets??
Yes. My "Best Bet" is a 5 unit play, and the parlay that includes the "Best Bet" is a 1 unit play. I don't always do the exact same thing. Just depends on how strongly I feel about certain games, but that's my basic format.

BOL BUDDY. against u on arkansas i think after that ugly loss they will atleast cover. will not be pretty but i am heavily on the other way as a higher unit pick i wish we could both win. have u checked MINNESOTA? i also like the gophers this week
Briefly. Honestly I have no clue on that game. Some very good cappers I know like the Broncos.

Jimmy, really respect your opinion and what you bring to the forum
BUT
why colorado state?
they beat a garbage Colorado team and lost to NDST badly..
San Jose St very improved and i feel they cover the 10.5 with ease...i have them winning by 24...34-10...just wondering what you see in these garbage rams?
BOL man, again, really respect your thoughts.
I agree that Colorado is garbage, but North Dakota State is a different story entirely. They are the #1 FCS team in the nation, are the defending 2011 FCS National Champions (14-1), the defending 2011 MVFC Champions, have won 9 National Championships, and 28 Conference Championships. So yes, Colorado State lost to FCS NDST, but San Jose State probably would too.
Last season, as 3.5 point favorites at home, Colorado State played San Jose State to almost a dead tie both statistically and on the scoreboard. SJST scored the winning touchdown in the waning seconds of the game to pull out a very hard fought 38-31 victory. This season they swap venues, but we have a whopping 14-point swing in the line.
The last time SJST covered a as a DD favorite was 08/23/03 against Grambling State. Over the next 8 seasons they had 6 chances to do it again, but have gone 0-6 ATS. They'll have to prove to me they are capable of covering as a DD favorite.
I realize the Spartans are a much improved team this season, but I think the change in coaching staff has also been very beneficial for Colorado State.
The Buffalos have played very well on defense thus far this season. Their struggles have been on the offensive side of the ball. One of the people that has had the most success offensively against SJST in the past is Dave Baldwin, former offensive coordinator at Utah State. Coincidentally he is now Jim McElwain's offensive coordinator at Colorado State.
This was an extremely close, hard fought game last season, and I expect pretty much the same thing this season with someone pulling out a one score victory.

A very, very slight lean on Florida. Yes, Tennessee has looked very sharp offensively thus far, but the defense Tyler Bray and his offense will see this week is on a whole different level. Florida has the athletes to match-up with Tennessee's skill position players. NC State played a soft zone. Florida's DBs will challenge Tennessee's receivers physically at the LOS. Whole different ball game.
Florida's offense is slowly progressing, but we know it's still a work in progress. Can Driskal do enough to steal a victory at Neyland Stadium???
I would not be at all surprised to see Tennessee win the game, but again I would lean ever so slightly to the points. I just don't perceive enough value on either side to risk money on the outcome.
Disclaimer: I have a future bet on Florida to win the SEC East.

Yeah DrBoreal leased 31-21 taking SMU and the points even though he said A&M should be favored by 15.5 according to his system. He leaned with SMU based on 143-58 ATS momentum situation and A&M is 34-88-3 ATS in their first road games.

Evidently you didn't catch last year's game where WKU outplayed Kentucky, and probably should have won the game.
I think WKU fields the better defense. At the very least they have 2 defensive players that are better than anyone Kentucky has on their roster - LB Andrew Jackson and DE Quanterus. I also think WKU, like last season, will win in the trenches on both sides of the ball. I also think WKU's offense will have a lot more success putting points on the board.
I understand the line, but I think the Hilltoppers win this game outright.
I'm having a hard time with this game. I did watch last years game and it was awful, but UK with noodle are Morgan Newton won by 11. Now they have Max Smith who is a HUGE upgrade from Newton and they are running a no huddle, up tempo offense. On the flip side Western was playing its best ball towards the end of the year last year and held Alabama to respectable yardage (while I'm sure Bama pull the reins back). I'm going to this game, unfortunately, so I will pick a side. I'm probably leaning UK right now, just because I don't Western has enough offense to keep up with UK. Plus UK gets their best RB back this weekend.

Good stuff, Jim Can't say I disagree with any, though I won't be playing them all.
At one point you got your Buffaloes and Rams mixed up, but we've all been there.
I remember that SJSU/Grambling game. It was on ESPN or ESPN2, and some new, black coach was coaching at SJSU. It was supposed to be the start of a great, new era. It wasn't.
