This, after two weeks of non-con football? After week #2 did you think Maryland had the top scoring offense for 2019 or was it Penn State?
Wisconsin appears fundamentally sound, that's about it.
Michigan's offense was not fundamentally sound and that's about it.
Being in Wisconsin and now, hearing from Buckeye trolls, that Mich. RB Charbonnet maybe out, the advantage is Wisconsin's, but with both off a bye I believe anything can happen. One thing for certain, Mich. needs it so much more right now than the Badgers do.
